If you need something done, leave it to Andy! I had a minor repair that no other company was willing to do. I called Andy and he out to fix my appliance the next day! He was so kind and knowledgeable. I will call him again in the future and would recommend him to others! Thanks, Andy!

Long story short. I thought there was something wrong with my washer. Andy did not think there was a major issues so he helped me guide through it. I'm sure he could have easily charged me to come out to take a look for himself. I will definitely be calling him if I need any repairs in the future!

So my dryer timer broke and we couldn't use our dryer. Andy had to order a part and said it would be about a week. But the part came early and he was able to fix it. The guy knows what he's doing and was able to fix the issue quickly! Thanks, Andy!

Andy helped to fix my broken gas whirlpool dryer. He was able to come out quickly and identify the problem. Unfortunately he didn't have parts on hand but already had them on order. He came back a couple of days later as promised and got the dryer working again at a very reasonable price.

Andy is a great communicator and if he can't solve the problem he will recommend a specialist who can. Highly recommend!

Andy was awesome. He returned our call right away, diagnosed the problem over the phone to make sure he could fix it. He was here within a couple of hours and had our fridge up and running. Excellent experience!! Highly recommend!! I don't generally hire professionals for much, because I grew up in a family without much financial means, so we fixed things ourselves. However, our oven stopped working and six months before that, the convection fan stopped working in the oven; I didn't have time to investigate, troubleshoot, and repair myself, so I emailed Andy on a Sunday night. He responded the next morning and scheduled an appointment with me for the following morning. He showed up early, quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. The next day, he contacted me to set an appointment for early the following day, because the part already arrived. Again, he showed up early, quickly repaired my oven and fan, damaged nothing, cleaned up after himself, and provided me the invoice. Throughout the entire experience, Andy was courteous, friendly, professional, clean, and efficient. The bill was also reasonable and probably a bit too reasonable. I know I would have paid more for such great service. Thanks Andy!!

Andy is the best! I have used his services on washing machines, dryers, dish washers and garbage disposals. His work is of the highest quality. His patience in explaining the issue and teaching why and how it occurred is incredibly helpful. He is always on time and his pricing is fair. I would highly recommend him for any appliance work!!

Spent 45 minutes tops here. Defrosted two fridges. That's it. Left a mess of wet garbage on my kitchen counter.

Showed up unannounced 45 minutes early when I didn't have time to talk to him.

Poor communicator. I asked what the problem was and he said he didn't know. I asked how to prevent it he said he didn't know.

I want to support the little guy but wish I'd gone to a larger company.

He also would only accept cash or check or Zelle I think.

Our washer was having a very slow water leak out of the bottom and we gave Andy a call to come take a look. He was able to come over within a few hours of my call and assess the issue; cracked inlet valve assembly.

He offered some options regarding parts, provided a time table for repairs and was back the next day to complete everything (earlier than he even anticipated)!

Andy was great to work with! He was able to come out within a couple hours and fix our gas oven immediately as he already had parts on hand. Definitely will call again for future repair needs.

Working with Andy was fantastic! From initial contact to get a quote to scheduling service he was able to come the very next day. The initial plan was for him to install a new dishwasher as our old one wasn’t draining. During his visit he voluntarily looked at the old dishwasher and found the problem, but still proceeded to install the new one as planned. Only for us both to realize it was the wrong color. Andy was very patient while we worked out a plan to try and get the correct color and have the supplier cover the install fee for their mistake. Ultimately they were not willing to work something out and Andy was flexible and willing to fix the old dishwasher. It turned into more of a project than anticipated but at the end of the day he got it fixed and charged a very reasonable cost for the 4 hours of his time and labor. We will definitely be using him again for future appliance repairs!

We had a great experience getting an old reliable washing machine repaired. Andy did a fantastic job getting a leak repaired & back up and running.

I had a water leak on my dishwasher and I pointed out to him there was a bad leaking seal/gasket on the dishwasher door. I was expecting him to order a gasket and return to replace it. Instead he adjusted the damaged gasket and told me to monitor the water leak and I could call him back if i needed his help. Of course it was leaking again as he did nothing to repair the damaged gasket. He quoted $120 and charged me $170 for no repair. He was also on his phone a lot while trying to repair my dishwasher. He also left a mess for me to cleanup. I paid him for his service and was glad he left. I then called another appliance repair company and they repaired my dishwasher by replacing the gasket. I would never call him again.

Andy provided great customer service and timely work. Our new washing machine went out and he was able to come by the same day to diagnostic the issue. He order the part and had it running by the next morning.

Our Whirlpool electric stove started sparking & smoking. I contacted Andy & he diagnosed it as a burnt out element over the phone, ordered it up & had it installed the next day. Good communication, prompt service. 👍🏼👍🏼 I have now added Andy’s to my contacts.

Andy was awesome to work with. I had an appliance that we had difficulty troubleshooting. He stayed with the problem and when we had to eventually call someone else for a compressor he gave me a great recommendation. Andy even came back for a follow up when the same appliance acted up again (different reason). Would absolutely recommend his services and will use him again! Great guy.
