Master Mechanical, Inc. has proven to be efficient and professional. I trust in the building technicians and find them to be very knowledgeable in all HVAC systems. I love that they take the time to explain next steps.

Master Mechanical Employees were most likely responsible for blowing up the Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis. Their technicians were supposed to turn off the gas in order to relocate a gas meter to the outside of the building, but they probably got lazy. They didn't want to re-light the various pilot lights for all of the different stoves, boilers, water heaters, etc., so they most likely left the gas on, under full pressure while they installed a bypass. A bypass is usually referred to as a section of a pre-built length of pipe containing the correct number of valves, fittings and connectors to replace the flow of the primary line. Upon realizing that this probably was a bad idea as the gas quickly filled their work area, it was probably the employees from Master Mechanical who gave scant notice to the employees and students of Minnehaha Academy, as they ran from the building, seemingly only concerned with saving themselves..

Master Mechanical Inc (MMI) is the mechanical contractor for our three building campus. They've been with us through one new construction and two remodelings. MMI also does our maintenance and repair on our mechanical systems. They are reliable. They stand behind their work. They are accessible when I call for information or advice. We view them as partners in our work.

We have contracted with Master Mechanical for many years for all of our HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs on our commercial buildings. Thad, the Service Operations Manager, is always responsive and quick to solve our problems. The onsite Service Technicians always do a great job.

Thad helped us get our campus under control with heating/cooling as well as aid in figuring out the cause to our unknown problems. He spent countless hours working with us to assess our situation, what to keep an eye out for and how to troubleshoot the issues. Their knowledge, professionalism and care were the deciding factor in signing a PM contract. They are the best in the business hands down.

I am maintenance person for Bethel’s Rock Church in Apple Valley. I have used Master Mechanical on several occasions and their work and customer service has been top notch. Completed the work in a professional manner, and we had no problems. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Master Mechanical for a variety of jobs from simple service calls up to new building construction taking months to complete and have been extremely satisfied. Project Managers have always followed up on any issues that arise following completion and periodically check in to see how things are going with the projects they have completed.

Like the other posts, some driver from this company almost hit me in traffic, gave me the finger and then rolled down his window and gave me the finger again. This company needs to get its employees some anger management therapy…

Master Mechanical staffmember dropped off a folder at my company. Then called, sadly nothing was docuemnted so only my word against his. He claimed 1. We had a pending failure of a motor and our filters were filthy. 2. Master Mechanical was the "Preferred Vendor" of our landlord.

I contacted our current service as I was concerned. There was no pending failure, and as far as filters please see attached comparison images.

Preferrred Vendor? Also a lie, not surprising at this point.

I am always up for hearing the offerings of a new vendor. Sometimes there are cost savings, sometimes service improvement. Blatant lies of a person whom Identifies themselves as the "Senior Business Development Manager" who presents them and their company with blatant lies. Not only am I not interested, but I will never be interested in doing business with a company that engages potential clients with false information. Anyone who uses Master Mechanaical should look for second opinions, and alternatives as in selling themselves have proven to be dishonest.

This morning I was waiting on 52 north to get on 94 west. This guy passes about 50 cars, swerves in front of me crosses a double white line, nearly clips my bumper just to cut the line.

If this company has a scheduled time with a client, I'd guess they'll show up on time...but at what cost?!

Dangerous, rude and completely unnecessary.

These people were a complete no show. Called multiple times to follow up and just got the run-around with no calls back. I can't believe they'd have a 5 star avg.

Had Greg out to service our furnace. He was experienced, friendly, efficient and Knowledgeable. He was done with our furnace in a short time and left no mess. I will highly recommend him.

The men who installed the new system were professional and explained how long the process would take, which was only about six hours. Greg was very helpful in setting up the service and letting me know what to expect.
