Within an hour of calling Sedgwick on a Monday morning we had a service rep at our home. He replaced the part and was informative explained things that made sense.

Sedgwick was our "guardian angel" when we needed a furnace to be replaced on an expedited basis and we were exceptionally impressed by their responsiveness and technical expertise.

Sedgwick came to my residence for annual HVAC system maintenance. One issue with the humidifier was identified and the part was replaced under the original installation warranty. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

The service man came out in a timely manner, and diagnosed the problem, cleaned out some clogged tubes from our furnace, and answered all our questions. We’re very satisfied with Sedgwick!

Best description is: consultation for potential new furnace and/or heat pump. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the options well. Plan to have furnace tune up done to better assess current furnace issues. Very happy with first visit.

Wayne was great! Our furnace went out when it was -11 outside. We had to call at 7 am on a Saturday. He was able to get to the house by 10 am and get it fixed. Really appreciate it!

I first scheduled an appointment online with Sedgwick for an AC tune-up on 07/30/2025, and the process was quick and hassle-free. Communication from Sedgwick and their technician, Brent, was excellent throughout. Brent arrived on time, was polite, courteous, and highly professional. While performing the tune-up, he took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions, and even shared helpful tips to keep my AC running efficiently in the long term. Based on that first great experience, I knew I could trust Sedgwick again.

On 08/12/2025, I hired them for plumbing work, and once again, the service exceeded expectations. Tony from Sedgwick replaced water pipes and added shut-off valves, and the entire experience was outstanding. He was professional from start to finish, maintained great communication, and arrived on time. Tony was also very friendly, easy to work with, and provided an honest opinion about the work that needed to be done. After completing the job, he made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly.

Both experiences showed me the level of professionalism, reliability, and care Sedgwick provides. I will absolutely hire them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC or plumbing services.

Benjamin arrived promptly at the appointed time and was prepared with filters and everything needed to service my furnace. He removed his shoes, which we appreciated and was very cordial. He completed the job thoroughly and quickly.

Miles came to do routine maintenance on our furnace to make sure all is good for winter heating. He noticed our humidifier was leaking and told me that, instead of replacing the entire unit, he will fix the bad hose connection. I really appreciate that!! I feel secure that our aging furnace will last another year. Thanks Sedgwick Heating!!

Jeremey is so helpful! He tuned up our furnace and didn’t do a hard sell or push to upgrade. We agreed we’re on borrowed time with our 30 year old HVAC system, but it’s working properly right now. Per our request, he went over specifics on the cost/options of installing a new system. He also was knowledgeable about rebates and the tax credits that expire at the end of 2025. Jeremy took the time to answer all our questions, too, and shared a bit about himself and his work. He’s delightful! We’ll be using Sedgwick going forward, and hope Jeremy is the tech.

Wayne is the man! Cold weather and the furnace goes out. Wayne was super thorough and provided a number of options for us…we ultimately decided on getting a new furnace rather than repairing what we had. Hoping the install goes well!

Having done all the trouble shooting that I could "Google" and still having issues, I brainstormed who to call for help. After agonizing and knowing the bad consequences if I chose wrongly, I finally googled HVAC near me. Having my list of recommended companies from Eagan MN Neighbors, I chose Sedgwick. We agreed on a time the next day since it was after 5 pm already. As agreed, they called with a 20-minute lead time. He arrived as I was shoveling snow from the entry door overhang. I explained what was happening and I could see he knew what I was trying to say and he knew how to proceed. My son had indicated it's most likely the flame sensor. Not wanting to mess with my furnace, I'm glad I made the right call. I'm over the top happy with this service call and all my worries have gone to rest. A+ great job, so glad it worked out for me. I will not hesitate to call again in the future if the need arises. Two other companies were backlogged and couldn't schedule for 10 days out. Very pleased with the service call today. Thank you Sedgwick, I'm sure the issue has been resolved.

I have worked with many different heating and cooling companies throughout the Twin Cities and Sedgwick is hands-down the best. Cameron came to my house, diagnosed the issues with my furnace and proposed solutions in a very concise and easy to understand manner. I peppered him with many follow up maintenance questions and he answered them all fully, even showing me how to do some of the maintenance. There was no upselling or pressure to add services, unlike all the other companies that have worked on the AC and heating needs of my home.

Last night my daughter's furnace quit working. Called Sedgwick because they had a sticker on her furnace. Jeremy was the technician that showed up. He was wonderful. Not only did he fix the problem with me, but it took the time to help educate my daughter and me and how furnaces work. Thank you, Jeremy.

I purchased a new AC unit last summer and included in that package was a two year maintenance plan. They just completed my furnace check up for this winter. The technician was outstanding, and made sure everything is working well for the season. He also gave some great advice on our furnace humidifier and filter replacement. Sedgwick is a great company for HVAC.

Technician was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was provided effectively and efficiently. Offered products and services which were useful, but were declined as we already have smaller humidifiers around the home. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely want this technician to respond, again.
