I had a wonderful experience with Joel yesterday. He was here for a furnace inspection and was very thorough and explained everything to me. I’ve worked with Joel before and was happy to have him again!

Joel was very polite and informative about how to proceed in fixing 2 gas leaks. He didn't have the copper pipe needed and arranged this project along with Rachel to be fixed today, rather than wait until next week. That way my gas could be turned on and I could have heat etc. which I really appreciated. Thank you.

I had a tech out at my house to service our furnace for regular maintenance. He pointed out that our whole home humidifier wasn’t working due to the valve being rusted shut. I was quoted $792 for the repair, which included a new filter and “ensure everything works properly” after. Ended up having my dad come fix it for us - cost all of $18 for a new valve and less than an hour from start to finish. What an absolute rip off!! I will never be using Bob Boldt HVAC ever again. What an absolute scam.

I was very impressed with the entire team here. Joel checked the AC and delivered the news I was expecting. Then went through the options with me on a Wednesday. On Friday, Mario came to install the AC, furnace and thermostat. He was great. Rachel in the office was great to deal with as well. She helped me with the rebates process and getting financing set up for half of my bill. Overall, we had a great experience and the systems are running well. I highly recommend Bob Boldt HVAC.

I called Boldt HVAC, and spoke with Bob around 9:00 AM. He said Joel could be here about 1:30. Joel's previous appointment ran over, and he wasn't able to get here until around 3:00. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Our problem was significantly higher electric bills the past 3 months. He checked the furnace and air conditioner, and found the air conditioner to be pretty plugged with cotton wood seeds, and other air borne materials. He completed the cleaning of the unit, and was on his way. A great experience!

Joel came and explained everything to me as to why we need to replace our entire system, he was a second opinion. The first company came and said I need to replace everything with no explanation. Service was great!

Technician showed up on time, was very nice and knowledgeable. Fixed furnace problem.

We recently had our AC inspected and replaced by Bob Boldt HVAC company, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Initially, we were skeptical due to past experiences with other HVAC companies, but from the first interaction, we knew we were in good hands.

Joel, the first technician who inspected our AC, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely had our best interests at heart. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood our options. Rachel, the office manager, was also a pleasure to work with.

When it came time to install the new AC, the owner himself came to do the job. His expertise was evident. The installation process was smooth, and the quality of work was top-notch.

In addition to how great they were to work with, one thing that really stood out was how open and clear they were with the estimate. We’ve dealt with other companies in the past who used bait-and-switch tactics, but that was not the case here. We felt confident that we were getting an honest deal, with no hidden surprises.

Overall, our experience was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend Bob Boldt's HVAC company to anyone in need of HVAC services. We weren't necessarily the easiest customers, but the entire team was extremely understanding of our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the process. They have earned our trust and will be our go-to company for all our future HVAC needs!

February 17th 2025, Presidents’ Day, COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR!!!! -11°!!!! Our furnace was turning off every 30 minutes- to an hour! I figured since I was home for the holiday, I would get someone out to look at it. My brother who is a retired 30 year HVAC union worker was on a road-trip in Texas, of course! My brother said, get someone local! I called BB HVAC and Rachel answered, she listened and took note of issues and scheduled someone (Joel) to come out that day! Blessing #1! Joel was out in a reasonable time, looked at issue and found not only the problem but, found we were leaking CO! Red tag!!! NOW WHAT!!! We needed a new furnace!!! Joel knew I was stressed out, came up with options, talked with my brother on the phone and arranged for replacement on the COLDEST day of the year!! Rachel personally dropped off space heaters and assured us all was good! Financing was taken care of right on the spot and the next day, Hudson and Sam were in the house out with the old and in with the new! THANK YOU GENTLEMEN!! Thank you Joel, Bob and Rachel for going the extra mile!

I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Bob Boldt HVAC. The company is local to me, in Eagan. Bob installed my furnace 15 years ago. Not one problem. Recently, had a maintenance inspection. All good. The inspector was thorough, efficient and friendly and took extra care to insure humidifier was connected and functioning, as well.

Joel was able to come out short notice and was a huge help. He was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it for us in no time. Bob Boldt HVAC was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Joel was courteous and professional in solving my HVAC issues. I certainly recommend Boldt HVAC and will use them again in the future.

Sam was a great technician. He was able to identify the issue with our HVAC and make the repair quickly. Sam was very friendly and took the time to explain the issue and what would need to be done to fix it.

Great experience! Sam initially helped us with a furnace tune up. As a part of his assessment he caught several legitimate issues that weren’t on our radar. He took the time to explain what was going on, answer questions, and provided an array of options for us to consider.

We ended up having him come back to install a boot and it significantly improved our airflow. Our machine is running more efficiently than ever.

From the initial call and appointment to the new furnace installation ( ours was 52 yrs old) the whole crew has been easy to work with and informative.

Initial intake was with Rachel ; Joel was our technician . Both were very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.
