When just moved into our house we noticed both the furnace and air conditioner were not working right so we called Wolseley Heating & Cooling come to service the furnace and to see what's wrong. They responded so fast and sent over two highly trained techs who did an outstanding work.

We have used Wolseley Heating & Cooling maintain and service our HVAC systems. The work has always been professionally done and the technicians have always been neat, polite and patient in answering our questions. We recently had a concern that the owner of the company personally followed up on.

Great company, great people. I bought air conditioner and furnace from them. My AC stopped working today and I called Wolseley Heating & Cooling. They were booked but instead of saying no, they sent one of their sales guys out to help.Jimmy was an awesome guy and got my AC running. Will continue using them and recommend to family and friends

We needed an A/C and furnace tune up at our new house. We were able to schedule an appointment as quickly as the next morning! Jimmy, the technician came out and was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. We ended up needing a few repairs, but he was able to get them done right then and there without requiring another appointment. The price was reasonable and the repairs were completed quickly. We will definitely use again in future!

Couldn't be happier with the service delivered. My furnace stopped working. I had 3 companies out two of them declared it dead and wanted to replace it with a new one. Jimmy from Wolseley Heating & Cooling, fixed the problem and did some maintenance on a few other areas for a very reasonable price. He said that my unit should have a minimum of 5 years of life left. Its amazing working with Wolseley Heating & Cooling. Other than just cleaning the furnace, they cleaned my house as well. That was least expected from them since most of the service providers usually leave your area unattended after they are through with what they were doing. This occurred two months ago when my furnace needed some servicing. I contacted them and they arrived in time. They usually don’t waste time after arrival and work towards the objective set for the day. I just saw them work in every part of the furnace and was done within no time. The furnace now looks superbly clean and neat. This was very impressive and I would recommend them to anyone.

We are so pleased we located Wolseley Heating & Cooling. Jimmy takes such good care of all our furnace and air conditioning needs. We got the furnace maintenance package, which is reasonably priced, for our home, our rental property and my sons house. Our technician, is efficient and very competent. Simply the best leading the rest!!

Joel repaired and cleaned my AC unit. Some wires were replaced that had been cut . He was professional and personable and made sure it was working properly. He went above and beyond and I would definitely call them again for any maintenance or repairs.

Bob is an Awesome Professional. He is easily accessible and very prompt. I needed a rush service as my furnace was out and he amazingly fit me in within an hour. He was able to fix the furnace promptly and is always more than fair with his pricing. Bob goes above and beyond all expectations. His service is second to none. I would highly recommend Bob. I keep his number handy and have used him for many years for all my HVAC needs. I will definitely continue to use his services for future needs.

I have personally used Bob Boldt and his amazing team, many times and will continue to do so. I trust them with my clients and their HVAC needs and they always deliver! They have done everything from service calls to emergency replacements and both me and my clients have always felt they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. They have excellent response time and I consider myself so fortunate to have them as a valuable resource!

UPDATE JUNE 2025: Bob never called. Ignores my calls and emails. New problems found with the installation and other companies won't even work on it, so I'm out 9 grand after 2 years and the unit never worked properly. Zero stars. Do not recommend this company. Had a new unit installed in late June 2023 (outdoor unit and attic air handler). Install was great (when there is a payment involved they are prompt, communicative and great to work with). The day after the installation, the tech stopped by to pick up a tool bag that was left onsite and he checked the charge and ended up topping it off and advising me to call if it wasn't keeping up. Unit did OK except for one hot snap in August I noticed it wasn't keeping up but didn't think too much of it. Fast forward to May 2024 when I turn the unit on after winter. It's clearly not cooling so I call Bob Boldt HVAC and they send out a tech. He tells me there's a leak, checks what he can and says the lead installer needs to open up the attic unit to confirm the leak isn't inside. The lead installer is in a foot boot, recovering, and can't make it out for a while, so they charge it up. OK, no problem. Another month goes by and the unit's out of charge again. Between 6/19 and 7/11 I had 4 appointments scheduled that were no call/ no showed. When I finally managed to have an appointment kept, the tech did a more extensive search with the sniffer, but couldn't find any leak and again stated the lead installer needed to go open the attic unit. He said he was too big to crawl around and properly even check the back of the unit and needed to be opened by the lead installer anyway. Charged it up. Couple months go by and I contact Bob Boldt HVAC on 9/17 to say the unit's out of charge again and I'd like the permanent fix scheduled. Now I'm told that the leak is in the lineset for sure (they don't know that and the "lead installer" who can go in the attic and rule that out or fix it never checked it out. It was never checked except with a sniffer from the front. The lineset in the attic and in the basement is accessible and was checked) and that I need a full new lineset run for $2500. So now I have to hire a company to find the leak and repair the unit; the attitude is "prove it's our fault" all of a sudden after 4 months of getting the run around with no real investigation performed. Huge waste of time and money - stay away!

Joel came out first to check out my old troublesome furnace and gave me an accurate quote for a new install. Then Mario came to install the new furnace. Even the owner of the company (Bob) stopped by. He offered some temporary heaters to heat my house while I was waiting for the new one. All was accomplished within 2 days. GREAT service and skill. If you want great service and price give them a call.

Bob and his team were very responsive and explained things well. Joel was very knowledgeable and provided us several options to choose for the repair of our air conditioning system. We decided to replace the existing air conditioning system. Bob even provided a window air conditioning unit to help us keep cool the evening prior to the installation of the new air conditioning system the next day. I highly recommend Bob Boldt heating and cooling. Thank you Bob, Joel, and Reese!

Very good HVAC company and they really helped me out. Had a bad situation with an unexpected AC and Furnace replacement and they helped with everything. They made the best out of a bad situation and communication was great. Even delivered a temporary AC unit to get us through some hot days while we worked through replacements. Highly recommend and would use again.
