Sedgwick was so helpful in providing service last summer to fix an issue with my AC, I signed up for a maintenance plan and when they came out this last month to tuneup my furnace the technician identified an issue with the the motor. Since the furnace was near the end of its life span I decided to go ahead and replace the entire HVAC system. They were able to come out and replace and install a new furnace within a week and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work and ability to resolve any problems.

My central air went out at the beginning of a Saturday on a stretch of 90+ degree days. I called multiple companies and nobody could come out until at least Monday. Miles at Sedgwick called me back and came out 3 hours later as he said he would. He quickly fixed the AC unit. He communicated very well, did what he said he was going to do, and was a great guy to work with.

Camron was an awesome technician, diagnosed the issue to something simple, and tested many possibilities to make sure that was the probable cause. Great communication throughout the process.

Miles from Sedgewick came and quickly resolved a water leak issue coming from the AC system. It ended up being due to a clog/buildup in the out drain line. Great service, thank you.

The estimate is for our smaller unit. The company put in the main unit years back and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend this company.

I had a whole-house humidifier installed with Sedgwick and had a very positive experience. It took just over a week from setting up an initial appointment to look over my furnace to getting the humidifier installed. During the initial look-over, Wayne told me my options, how much each would cost, and tradeoffs to consider. By the end of the appointment I felt I had everything I needed to make a decision. I decided on the Aprilaire 600 and set up a time for the installation.

Installation took a few hours. Wayne was friendly, respectful of my home, and thorough in his explanation at the end of how to operate the unit, how it interacted with the furnace fan, and necessary maintenance.

The total cost for unit and installation was $1,130, which was substantially cheaper than another heating company I contacted, which quoted me $1,550 {plus a $100 survey fee that would not go towards the installation). Very happy with my experience.

Chet was very thorough and knowledgeable when he performed the summer check on my AC. I was impressed with his problem solving skills as he notice water running, located the open valve in the humidifier and turned off the source. He than schedule my fall furnace check for October and made note to replace the valve at that time for the winter month usage.

Called for emergency service when our heat went out completely. Was told a tech would call us in an hour. No call so we called back and was told they'd reach out to the tech again. Never heard from a tech. Why say you're 24hours when you aren't.

Miles did a great job of explaining what he was checking as part of the annual furnace tune up. He was prompt and represented his company very well.
