Never hired these people…but I was driving north on 77 merging onto 494 east around 12:25p on 3/3/26. One of your employees was driving in a company car. They were driving very erratically. Way over the speed limit, swerving in and out of lanes. Driving right behind the cars infront of them. All I could think was, if they’re this impatient and rushing while driving, what are they like on the job at someone’s house? Bad representation of the company.

I’ve used Sedgwick for 20 years for heating and AC. Always reliable, prompt, and quality. So I thought I’d try their recent addition of plumbing services.

Consistent with their past quality of work and superb. Tony called before he arrived, arrived exactly as scheduled, performed the plumbing work attentively, thoroughly, and efficiently. He was fantastic.

My future plumbing calls are now solved. I’ve tried them all, deans, Bonfe, hero, others. And they all annoyingly try to upsell constantly. Even for jobs you didn’t call them for. They are nauseating and deceptive. And outrageously priced with constant add-ons. All inferior to Tony and Sedgwick. A quality company with quality service and fair pricing. They beat them all hands down. And now I know they offer much more than heating and AC.

Smart, on time, quick service. Does what he says he will do. Highly recommend.

First appointment was a no call no show after waiting a week for the appointment. Renalto apologized when I called, asked if an hour later would work, I said yes. Then he said that wouldn't work and we set up another appointment the next day.

Then, I got a text that the appointment was cancelled, no offer to reschedule, just cancelled.

I do not recommend doing business with these guys.

Was a referral from a friend. Completed a furnace inspection and inspection of an old gas garage heater before our home sale. In the new house he immediately noted the 3yo system (already in home prior to our purchase and installed by a big HVAC company in TC) had an undersized air return; which explained temp unevenness from main to basement floors. Agreed with his proposal to increase the plenum size and return grill off furnace and since, the floors are much more evenly heated. Excited to feel the difference with a/c this summer too.
Will be using again!

The owner installed a designated circuit for us--going from the basement up through the air duct to the second floor. It took him about 4 hours, and he charged us $940. The price struck us as high--and now, after I've had other electricians come bid me, I know it was quite high. The work was done well, minus some trash (e.g., from wire packaging) being left here and minus an uncleaned spilled drop of drywall mud on the carpet. Again, the work was good and the owner was very knowledgable and nice -- but the price point was quite high.

Our AC went out on a 100 degree Sunday and they came over and got it running for us! We had them back to replace the AC & furnace (it was old) and are very happy with their work. So professional, extremely honest and fairly priced.

Renato was great to work with! He was a great resource to help us find the best solution for our home's heating and cooling needs, he evaluated a few options with us, and installed a great system. He was dependable, honest, and fair.

Can't say enough good about Renato at American Heating Systems & AC. He installed an air conditioning split system in my apartment condo, with the condenser on the roof and the air handler in the ceiling of a walk-in closet. A complicated job. Old ceiling had to be removed, which he did. This was in August. Had to come back today to raise the air handler to better accommodate a new drop ceiling. He did it successfully. Plus he fixed a problem in the wiring from the air handler to the thermostat for heat. Throughout all this Renato was professional, polite, timely, always eager to make things right. If he was going to be held up he would let me know. He was very reasonable cost-wise, and willing to work with me. Highly recommend!!

Mr. Renato gave clear understanding of what was wrong with my heater in my house. He was able to repair it and save me potential thousands of dollars. So many of these HVAC technicians are always pushing for replacement for the whole heater or air conditioner, which can be done with a repair. He will have my future business and I highly recommend him highly professional and he knows what’s going on.

We have had the technician Jimmy our to our home several times. He is always patient kind and knowledgeable. He was not pushy about the service plan but after he explained it and his excellent service I am happy knowing Wolseley Heating & Cooling will be there for us.
