Continue to have nothing but the best experience with Edina Heating and Cooling. Really had a good experience with Chris who scheduled us and Matt who performed the work. Love the fact that the guys doing the work are also answering your call vs some outsourced call center who has no knowledge about the trade. Highly recommend.

Very professional, knowledgeable, informative, thorough, and prompt group. We were able to get a technician out for a second opinion on our furnace the same day as we received a very bleak prognosis on our furnace from another company. Technician was able to diagnose the issue and provide a very efficient solution in less than an hour. We really liked how they took the time to look into warranty's of our system before making a recommendation. Service to fix the issue was done within 24 hours of the initial site visit. Very impressive group, would recommend to anyone with furnace needs!

You won't find a friendlier, more professional HVAC tech than Chris. He is knowledgeable about his trade, transparent about pricing and quick and polite in answering questions.

Awesome from beginning to end! Highly recommend. Contacted them to complete a furnace inspection required for time of sale. I called on Wednesday, got a real person (Chris) and he understood exactly what I needed done. He came out the next day. Called when he was on his way and gave me a summary when he left. Easy- the way it should be! I'll be using Edina Heating & Cooling again.

Edina Heating went above and beyond the call of duty for my furnace. Matt came to my house on Saturday morning because my furnace wasn’t working. He realized the liner in the chimney was blocked – not a one man job. He came back later with 2 other men and found out a squirrel had eaten into the pipe and then built a nest with a plastic bag and everything. Completely plugged. And the squirrel was still in it – alive. They finally got the new liner in without the squirrel. And the price was reasonable. And they stayed cheerful. Can’t say enough good about these guys.

They went above and for my furnace. Matt came to my house Saturday morning. Liner in the chimney was blocked. Brought 2 more guys over and found a squirrel nest in there. Squirrel chewed through the liner also and the squirrel was still inside. Got the liner in sans squirrel. Price was very reasonable and they stayed cheerful. Can't say enough good about these guys.

Matt, from Edina Heating & Cooling came out today (arrived early). I explained the issue...he explained possible reasons...investigated each of them (while explaining to me what he was doing)....figured it out, fixed the problem...suggested future mtce that I could have done..and was on his way. Definitely my go to HVAC company from here on out...will ask for Matt. Figured because they were "Edina Hvac" I would pay accordingly...close to the least expensive service call on HVAC I have ever had. Highly recommended.

Communication was excellent with scheduling and technician. Provided clear communication on charges as AC repair was on a Saturday during an extreme heat warning. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to our people loving pup.

Coldest day of the year and the furnace quit! I was on hold with another company for a long time and I remembered the great service I had received prior from Edina heating and Cooling. I got right through to a tech and scheduled for a visit same day. They fixed the issue and took pictures of the unit in question for future reference. I paid $249 and they offered to apply some of that payment toward a future service call if it fails again. I love that they don’t replace parts and mess with things that don’t need it. I am happy to recommend them!
