Great experience. Had 4 other heating specialists out to fix a problem that had been going on for 3 weeks and Zac at Tiger figured it out in 30 minutes. He was personable and respectful of our home. Im really handy and he understood that without forcing other services. Told me what to look out for and kept it simple. I will hire them next time I need something.

Everyone at Tiger was very polite and professional. Their communications was great during the entire time-from confirmations to letting me know they were on their way. Our technician, Sergii was the best. He was friendly and took the time to explain our issue and the solution. He was very careful while in our home and made sure he covered everything and left the repair area spotless.

CenterPoint Energy found a small natural gas leak on the “owner” side of the meter (so small it hardly made a bubble) while doing their inspections. They shut off our gas without notice, and we had to quickly find a plumber to get it fixed. Tiger PHVAC sent John out within 15 minutes of my call. He had the issue resolved and was SO helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Tiger for PHVAC needs.

Our technician Zach arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem for our water heater. He clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed before starting the repair, which I really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was cleaned up afterward. I would definitely recommend this company and Zach to anyone needing fast, reliable, and honest water heater repair.

I’ve used Tiger Heating and Plumbing numerous times over the years. Techs have always been courteous and knowledgeable. Sergii was the best one yet! He was on time and thoroughly investigated the issue to identify the cause of the leak. He fully explained the solution in understandable terms and fixed it quickly. I will definitely use Tiger again - hopefully not for any toilet issues though!

We were very impressed with Tiger's response and all their staff did their jobs in a professional manner. Our new water heater was installed quickly and with no issues. We will be sure to call them for future plumbing projects.

I called Tiger to help with some proactive maintenance of a water heater that I inherited when I bought my condo. Everything - from the excellent receptionist to our technician Sergii - was excellent. They were very respectful, friendly, and offered options while being realistic. If I need help again, I will definitely be going with Tiger again.

Very prompt service. Our AC went out unexpectedly and Chris was able to fit us in the same day. Thankfully the fix was easy and he had the part in his truck. 15 min later and the AC was back on! Would highly recommend this family owned company.

I've used Edina Heating and Cooling for a number of years. Matt has been my guy and he's been able to answer questions and get things right every time. I have worked with him in a commercial setting as well as at my own home. Edina H&C has also accommodated me in emergency situations as well. I've been so grateful for the honesty and integrity as well as the excellent service. I can't recommend them enough!

Ps I have used them for yrs for check ups and inspections - they even talked me out of a new system at one point saying I really didn't need it yet - but another company was pressuring me to switch it out. These guys are here for you through the long term!

Matt, the service man that came out, did a great job of solving our problems with the furnace. I wasn't sure he could access it because of the cramped working conditions but he did the impossible. Also gave me good tips for maintenance and made friends with the dog.

I purchased a home during winter and needed the A/C system checked. Matt arrived on time, was professional and knew what he was doing. He methodically checked everything and found one small issue which was easily corrected. He checked the entire cooling system and then also took a look at the boiler and simply added water to improve efficiency in the fall (no additional charge). I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and great experience we had. Will call Edina Heating and Cooling in the fall or for any other heating/cooling needs. Five stars!!!

Edina Heating and Cooling was referred by family members who were extremely satisfied with their work, and they have maintained our heating and cooling systems for several years. Chris has been our primary contact and we, too, are extremely satisfied with his service and professionalism. The business is very reliable and dependable, and their customer service couldn’t be better.

Matt comes out annually to check out our very old HVAC system. He is great--professional, personable and provides outstanding, experienced care of our system.

Chris came out, noticed our unit needed to de ice and made time in his day to come back out and fix our AC unit. He was on time, and extremely friendly. He gave me some pointers on how to maintain our AC unit and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this family owned company.

Believe the hype! These guys are great. Friendly, honest, responsive, and resourceful. The "other guys" charged $100 for a diagnosis requiring $1500 fix... so glad I called Edina Heating and Cooling. The tech. hunted down the problem with his voltmeter and some good test cases, and saved me $1000 bucks.

And another time, we called them the morning of Christmas eve -- and they sent someone out
and had us going in a couple of hours. So great!

Had an issue with my A/C unit that required re-installing panels and Matt came out and was able to quickly fix it for an affordable price. Would recommend Matt and this company for your cooling and heating needs and will be doing business with Matt + team again!

Our furnace went out last night so we called and Matt came out this afternoon and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest to a fault and didn’t try and sell us anything we didn’t need. Definitely going to use only them going forward! Will refer them to our friends as well. Thank you so much!!
