Sergii did a great job getting our vanity, toilet and shower set up in our bathroom remodel. He spent a lot of time getting the plumbing right for our vanity. He is such a hard worker and very friendly. We would recommend him highly!

The Service that Tiger provided was Excellent! I was amazed that they could send a Plumber to fix our leaking pipes the same day within 2 hrs! The plumber Cezary was prompt and did excellent work explaining everything well! Also the schedulers were very kind and efficient!

City came to do a regular maintenance check of our gas meter and smelled gas. She called Center Point to come out to double check and they found 3 areas, one of which they were able to tighten. The other two needed a plumber to come and fix. After being ghosted by another plumber who asked for a prepayment, we called Tiger. We’ve used Tiger in the past for our furnace installation and so I gave them a call to come help us out. Dustin and another plumber (forgot name, so sorry) came out to save the hectic day we had been having. They both were prompt and on time, super polite, professional, very clean and wore booties. They tag teamed to make sure everything was done perfectly and finished in the time frame they gave us. Center Point Energy came back out to check all the areas and said everything looked really good!! No more leaks! This company was hassle free and was able to give us an estimate over the phone with pictures which helped us know what to expect. Thank you so much Dustin! You and your partner turned a stressful day into a calmer evening. I appreciate that!

I had a leaking bathtub faucet. Plumber from Tiger claimed no parts were available to fix the faucet and told me I had to replace the faucet for $1200. After performing a little research on the internet, I was able to find a replacement cartridge at the local hardware store and was able to repair the faucet myself for about $25. I am left with questioning the competency and integrity of this company.

Brady was great! He came out within 20 minutes of us calling (since we had no heat!) and was very thorough and walked us through what he was doing.

Second time using Tiger and won’t be the last!

Sergii and company did a great job clearing out our sewer drain. They worked all afternoon and didn't give up until it was completed. Everything was explained before and after. Truly a great human.

Zach was very professional. When he arrived. He asked questions about what was happening with the furnace. He went to work and quickly found the issue that another contractor created when they did a health check on my furnace. The furnace is now working the way it should. I also want thank Tiger Plumbing Heat & Air for helping me out as I was out side of there service area.

Jon was exemplary in helping us with the replacement of our water heater. His service and communication were very professional and the new heater was delivered to Jon within a hour of his phone request. This allowed him to do all the necessary pre installation work saving lots of time. The delivery person took away the old heater for disposal.The efficiency was impressive. Tiger is not the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for.

Brady was so kind, patient, and helpful! From the phone call earlier where I was waiting for my rental management team to send maintenance, to his arrival and quick repair. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

I had water in my basement. Help came within an hour of my calling Tiger. Cade Kramer came to save the day. He found the problem, fixed it and even helped insulate the offending pipe so it wouldn’t happen again. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and apart from fixing the problem, he also did what he could to prevent this from happening again. I even signed up with Tiger’s service plan which covers my furnace, plumbing and AC. I was paying the same monthly price for a service plan that only covered my HVAC. I wholeheartedly recommend Tiger from the experience I had with them.

Sergii came to help us in the middle of the night with drain that had backed up sewage in our basement. He was friendly, professional, and we were SO grateful he was able to arrive so quickly. Not only did he solve the issue so we could use our water again, but he cleaned the area so we could start sanitizing. Tiger Plumbing Heating and Air did a fantastic job installing a new furnace at our house during the cold January weather. The installer, Will, completed the work with attention to detail and had to overcome some challenges in getting the furnace and humidifier to work together properly. I would highly recommend their work.

Tyler is a fantastic plumber! He found a cheaper solution to my water heater problem and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate how hard-working and friendly he is. Give this guy a raise!

We developed a leak that we were not able to determine the source. We called Tiger Monday morning and they were here within a few hours. Tyler (our tech) was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly to identify and fix the problem. We would highly recommend Tiger for any plumbing needs.
