Had both my AC and furnace serviced and Thomas Kittock was fantastic. Super professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without being condescending like I’ve experienced with other companies. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. If this company is a reflection of Thomas’s professionalism and attitude, then they’re doing things right! I’ll definitely be going back to this company for all future HVAC needs, and I’ll be asking for Thomas by name. Highly recommend!

We had a serious AC issue during a weekend heat alert, and Codi came out fast. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour. Super impressed with how efficient and skilled he was. He also gave us tips to avoid issues in the future. Great guy, great service. Would absolutely call them again.

We had routine maintenance done on our furnace and ac. Kody did a through investigation on each unit and found several issues. He did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong, why it needed to be fixed, and he had pricing information available. We fixed some of the issues, and we will have Residential Heating and Air back out soon to fix the remaining issues.

I found Kody to be polite, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home.

This company also has excellent customer service, and they seem to train their employees not just in how to do the job, but also in how to treat their clients.

Total installation new furnace ductwork and heat pump . Needed to have the blower flan adjusted after installation and it was done immediately great work highly recommended

Jeremiah did an excellent job on the biannual maintenance program. But Jeremiah always does a great job on our system. He asks detailed questions and gets to the bottom of the problem every time.

My furnace stopped working on a VERY COLD Saturday morning. I called Residential Heating and Air. I was very relieved that they had technicians on call on the weekends. The technician named Sam showed up within 2 hours after the initial call. After some diagnostic tests, he found out that the blower's motor was shot. It made sense because the blower had been making a high-pitch noise.

I was quite nervous, thinking it would take a long time to replace it because the furnace is quite old. To my surprise, Sam located a replacement part right away. He went to pick up the blower motor and came back with the new blower motor within an hour.

He got the blower motor replaced and the furnace was up and running. Everything went SOOOOO smoothly. Sam is super honest, friendly and knowledgeable. No up-selling, no hidden cost. Only honest, expert opinions and that gave me peace of mind and confidence. Everything was done perfectly. The most important thing was that I got the heat back within half a day. So, THANK YOU to Sam and Residential Heating and Air!!! Highly recommend their services and I would NOT hire anyone else for my heating and AC.

We had a new boiler installed by Brett and Charlie. They were very efficient and explained what they were going to do and how to use the equipment. They also installed a new thermostat. We were very pleased with the work that was done and would certainly recommend them. They were also very good about cleaning up when they had completed the job.

I bought a completely new AC and furnace from Residential Heating and Air Conditioning ten years ago now. I had them come out and take a look at the furnace. Kody found my igniter was in bad shape and I had a stuck valve. Got those replaced and I'm ready to go for the winter. It's great to have such knowledgeable and friendly people looking over something so important.

Came for a $29 tuneup through Lowe’s. Refused to turn our furnace back on and tried to sell us a new one. The actual tune up didn’t happen.
Edit to add: they said the repair would be $4500, but they added that many things needed to be repaired and the repair might be more expensive than getting a new furnace.
Edit to add update: in a normal tune up, the company typically cleans the components. We found out recently that one of the sensors that would normally be cleaned during a tune up was dirty.

We were so impressed with the whole process of getting an estimate to making some changes to what we wanted to do, not moving the furnace and adding a whole house humidifier and smart thermostat, to the installation. I would recommend Residential Heating and Air Conditioning for any HVAC work you might need.

Cody was great. Very friendly. He explained to me what he had done during furnace tune up. He left me feeling good about the upcoming heating season. 1st time for a tune-up. Will definetely be doing this again next year.

Our furnace was just blowing cold air and we weren't able to get any heat. Cody came out and quickly found a faulty gas valve that needed replacement. He was quick, professional, and got everything working as expected. Thank you!

Thomas came out at the end of his day two days in a row to check my old system and quote me a new one. He explained everything really well, and broke down all the options in easy to understand ways.

Brett and Chris came to install, and they were awesome, they worked really quick and made everything look great inside and out.

All around everyone that works for this company seems to really enjoy what they do, and knows what they're talking about.

Our technician (Brett) and (Charlie) were very knowledgeable and thorough with our installation. I would highly recommend Residential Heating and Air. 1 year 0% financing. Was a great price. Don our sales consultant had many years experience. It wasn’t about selling the best and most expensive for him. He went over our options for a new A/C unit. He gave us a straight up breakdown of how much we would save with each particular unit. He explained you might save a few hundred for a cheaper model, but you wouldn’t get the backing of the warranty and support with a reputable company like Carrier. We are very happy with our experience with Residential Heating and Air.

Quite happy with being able to have same-day service. Luke was very pleasant and professional. He kept me informed about progress and was able to replace the defective gas valve promptly. Fortunately, the furnace still had warranty coverage for the failed part. I’m concerned about the longevity of the valve as Luke shared that this particular make of valve has a history of frequent failure.

Kody was awesome. He was amazing. Kody went above and beyond. Centerpoint service plus came out two weeks ago and replaced a motor in my furnace. Needless to say that Centerpoint left the old motor in a box in front of the furnace. Kody got rid of the motor for me. Thank you Kody. Kody also took the time to look at my humidifier and he helped to get it going and working good again. Please put a new picture on his profile. The picture does not do Kody justice at all. He looks nothing like that picture. Thank you.

From the first day, when they scheduled the initial assessment quickly and efficiently to the final installation, the services and customer support were top-notch!

Kody came to complete the assessment and was able to speak and explain in detail what was happening with the entire HVAC system and was honest about the condition of each piece of equipment. He even took the time to help ensure financing was completed and called the company with us to make sure the process was smooth and easy.
Brett and Charlie came to install and took the time to repair an entire HVAC that not only needed to be completely replaced but also upgraded due to new regulations. This was not a simple task due to some challenging weather conditions and needing to move through substantial snow to install the new AC unit.
Even when I called to ask for another look at the system, Kody came right back the next day to help find a solution when we weren't sure what the best course of action would be. It was a simple fix, but Kody was kind and graciously able to employ his wealth of knowledge in an efficient way at no additional cost.

I don’t like to review but will for them. Briefly:
- emergency, furnace went out with an infant and toddler at home
- 3 other companies couldn’t help for 6-8 hrs (including Standard heating who literally didn’t seem to care despite me being a priority member with them - will review them too)
- Residential heating showed instant concern and priority, got someone over within 1.5 hrs
- super friendly, knowledgeable and caring worker. Jeremiah.
- Fixed the broken problem without upcharging or trying to replace the whole furnace
- gave important insight for me to improve things at no cost
- will be switching to them indefinitely
