William came out to look at our furnace that wasn't functioning properly. Super polite, provided options with transparent costs, and was able to promptly do the repairs. Highly recommend William and BWS

I was in desperate need of a plumber after my pipes froze in my 100+ year old building. After getting varying advice from the city and another plumber, Michael coached me through warming them up and now I have running water! Will definitely be using them again!

We had no heat I called them because they were in our neighborhood already. I also called the company that installed our furnace he talked to me through rebooting my furnace system which then I got heat. Your company came out with William and he told me nothing but lies said I need this repaired this repaired and I need a new furnace for $10,000 which is not true because now I had the reputable company come out who built my furnace and he said everything is fine with my furnace and he cleans my igniter better than William did there was still stuff on it it should not be sticky he said I will not recommend this company to anybody they are going to only tell you lies and want to put in a new $10,000 furnace!

Mike showed up on time and was super professional and helpful! Explained what he was going to do, answered my questions and shared tips. So glad I found BWS after moving to my new location. They had been servicing and installing the HVAC here so I called the number on the sticker they left. Very professional and capable! I actually bought an annual service package...includes AC, Heat, Plumbing...so I paid a 1 time very reasonable fee...I had to check a price box below but there was no charge for this visit..
Additionally, tech Brandon came out to tune up furnace..Sadly he found a serious problem...2nd tech didn't find problem ...BWS stood behind their findings sending photos etc..a 3rd visit they even sent thect3ch back out to meet with the guy to explain things...tech agreed with BWS findings! Great service!

I had this company come out to provide a second opinion on a rust issue developing on the outside of my heat exchanger. While the diagnosis was the same, I appreciated the time William took to explain the situation and show me what is happening. The previous company did not or perhaps lacked the experience to go over things in such detail. I won't hesitate to call them again when in need. Do ask for transparency with their fee's. Their travel fee is separate from their diagnostic fee and this was unclear when I made the appointment.

Trent, my serviceman, was awesome! Friendly, considerate, respectful & knowledgeable. He assessed the plumbing problem, showed me what was wrong, and told me what needed to be done. And before any work was started/done, he quoted me the price on what the repairs would cost. VERY FAIR price quote. I was VERY PLEASED! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BWS & TRENT for doing service repairs.
BWS also has a voluntary monthly service plan & fee available for customers, that offers discounts on services & other related things. I purchased that when I paid my bill.

Had Michael the Plumber out for a tune-up on my water heater and couldn’t be happier. Everything was seamless - scheduling was easy, communication with the office was great, and Michael explained everything clearly and honestly. Will not hesitate to call BWS again!

Our technician arrived right on time and was very respectful of our house. He provided a quick diagnosis of our problem and performed a thorough inspection of our furnace. He also answered any questions I had and was very helpful.

Had a brand new furnace replacement and an unexpected kitchen garbage disposal replacement to my townhouse within 36 hours of my initial call. Two different departments all seamlessly executed. Provided great pricing and unmatched piece of mind. Straight shooters! I don’t know how I could ever consider any other provider.

Cory and Joe were both very hard workers and did a great job with our furnace and air conditioner install. They were here for 11 hours. Cory went over everything with us - new thermostat, humidifier, etc. We highly recommend BWS. Jordan was our sales rep. No high pressure and very knowledgeable. Plus, BWS is a family owned company.
