Dennis diagnosed my 45+ year old shop/garage furnace with a bad valve and found a replacement. Put a big smile on my face. Will recommend in future.

Called when my furnance was not working, Dennis did a great job explaining what was possibly wrong and was able to find a replacement part to get it back up and running within a couple of hours. Would definitely use them again if I had issues.

Today we woke up to our house being 46 degrees with an outside temperature of -9 degrees. I called Blizzard Heating and Air Conditioning and they were able to send a service technician over within an hour of my call. Not only was it a quick response, but the service technician was very nice, knowledgeable and also helped us with our humidifier system. Thank you SO much!!!

Called Friday afternoon with sort of an unusual request. Got an estimate over the phone and he said they'd be out next week. Came out the NEXT MONDAY at a time that WORKED FOR ME! Did the job for less than the estimate. Good people, good company. 100% would recommend. Your mileage may vary, but I am super happy with the results!

So happy with Blizzard. Easy to deal with. Completed the work in less though an hour. They came during some hot days in the spring to fix the AC, then I couldn't use it because the next day was so cold. When I tried it out, the furnace started leaking. They came back and immediately found the problem and fixed it. It was a clogged up hose . Clogged because I put heavy stuff on the hose.
I would recommend them highly.

Blizzard came to my rescue when my furnace stopped working. I had gotten a quote from another company who was trying to sell me a new furnace, which I did not need. It can be scary when you're in a position to make a snap decision like that, you feel like you're at the mercy of the contractors. Lucklily, a friend from work told me about Blizzard and I got a second opinion. They fixed my furnace, saving me thousands of dollars. There are some companies you can trust out there, and Blizzard is one of them.

I've been a property manager for years so I've worked with countless vendors. And wow, working with Blizzard has been fantastic. Responsible, kind, honest and quick! I've used them about 5 times already in the last couple of months on different properties.

I have had Denny at my house twice. Each time I called at 8 am and he was out at my house that afternoon to fix my air conditioning. I had been told by other companies it would take them a week to get to me! He stayed in close communication throughout the process letting me know when he was coming and exactly what was going on. He went the extra mile and cleaned my unit each time. The second time, even though the issue was not his fault, he did not charge me. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Definitely will use again!

My family had our furnace go out on a -20 evening in January. I called a number of companies trying to get someone here to help out. It was a Saturday morning and some companies couldn't come until Monday, still charging an "emergency fee". A friend of mine recommended Blizzard and I gave them a call at 9:24 am. They were at my house by 9:55 and our house was heating back up by 10:30. It was really great service, fast and honest. Also provided me with advice regarding how to get the best value out of my furnace and the life expectancy etc. Overall I really recommend giving Blizzard a call, I know I will again!

Long story short, Dennis and his company did the right thing for me, when others would not.

My blower motor failed within the manufacturer's part warranty period during the coldest week of 2017 (12/24 - 12/31). After several disheartening phone calls with the original installer of the furnace - and distributors endorsed by the manufacturer - I was coming to grips with the possibility that my family and I would be in for a couple of really long days/nights. Policies relating to warranty transfer, and release of stock depending on the customer, were "preventing" the aforementioned from putting my call on emergency status.

Then I called Blizzard. 4 hours later, heat was restored to my home.

Dennis and his company have demonstrated a commitment to community, ethics, and quality that puts them miles ahead of their competition. There’s no need for any other company’s sticker on your cold air boot!

I asked Dennis out to perform preventive maintenance on my HVAC setup, and he was courteous, informative, and professional (as usual). He gave me some great tips on how to keep my system running its best!

After having another company come look at my furnace and inform me it needed a part that was not available anymore and I would need to replace my entire furnace. I called Blizzard and Dennis came out and quickly discovered there was a small blockage in the gas system and had me up and running in ten minutes. It's great to have experienced someone providing good honest service.

Of five companies that bid on a repair or replacement of our AC, Blizzard was the only one to suggest a repair even when others said it wasn’t possible. The repair held for several years (then we moved homes) — talk about honest service!! We only call Blizzard, Dennis, for all HVAC needs since our first experience years back. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and competitively priced. Thank you for all your great work!

Today I had my second visit by Blizzard. The first was two years ago. Dennis is fantastic. He is very kind and treats me like he genuinely values me as a customer. Both service calls were positive experiences in that the work and expertise were high quality. But today in particular, I felt like Dennis went above the call of duty and did checks and repairs that I didn't expect or ask for. I feel like he "has my back" in that he wants to do his best for me. The cost is very reasonable and he doesn't upsell or lie. This is a repairman I trust and I will give his name to my massage clients who ask for a heating and cooling recommendation. Thanks Blizzard!

Prompt and courteous service, we had Blizzard Air come out to fix our furnace in the fridgid cold. The technician came within an hour after we called. Price was fair. I would use them again for future repair and maintenance of HVAC.

I don't leave many reviews but am compelled to leave this one to acknowledge the outstanding customer service Blizzard provides. It's comforting to know that Dennis & his crew don't recommend unnecessary upgrades - a practice many of the bigger companies will do to turn additional profit. Blizzard takes pride in making their clients feel like family - I promise you'll never need or want another "HVAC guy!" 👍

I called to schedule a service appointment. Rather than just sending someone out Dennis was able to help me fix the issue myself over the phone. He saved me a service call fee and I am so grateful. When someone is honest with the little things you can count on them to will be honest with the big things!
