Great response, fast service & good prices, I used them for 2 new furnaces at different households. They don’t come across as slick fast talking salesmen, just honest & do their best to get you a price you can work with. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

Our technician, Joey, did a fantastic job diagnosing, explaining, and ultimately replacing our AC coil. It was a job that Centerpoint would never take on, and instead make us replace the entire AC system at a much higher cost. Will go with Aire Serv from here on out!

Today was our first time using Aire Serve. We searched for over a year for someone to fix a venting issue in our attic and finally we connected with this company. They sent out Jack Frechette to do the job. He was on time, very professional, explained every step of the work he’d need to do before starting to get our approval, and provided photos when he was done. The pricing was excellent. We didn’t feel taken advantage of or like we were overpaying for the service. We’ll definitely be using this company for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Jack was patient and thorough with his work today. He explained everything to me as he progressed. S nice young man. A few questions about the thermostat and the baseboard heat, but he felt assured that it would correctly do both cooling and heating I feel confident the company will stand behind its work same-day service was wonderful

Jack arrived as expected for my first visit and was very thorough in inspecting the furnace, filters, etc. I very much appreciated his willingness to answer all my questions and give advice. AireServ was recommended by a neighbor and I would do the same.

Joe recently installed a new HVAC system. The installation was handled expertly and efficiently. He completed the complex task of replacing the entire system in a single day, working diligently and skillfully.

Responsive, and prompt, affordable, and friendly. Joey came to trouble-shoot long problems we've had with our HVAC. Super knowledgeable, listened to the (long sordid) tale, and did thorough investigation of many potential sources for cooling issues! He resolved my questions lingering for years after house remodel that made poor choices of ducting and a new AC installation by other company didn't resolve. So grateful for their help!

Great price membership at $16 a month for 2 services a year. My power distribution control board needed to be replaced which ended up costing ~ $600 but that’s a great price considering a new Magikpak is about $12k-$20k

Very prompt, good communication and fixed the problem. I was not present as I am the landlord, but service repair was communicated to me. Very helpful .

I had a great experience with Aire Serv. They added me to their schedule faster than I expected and did everything I needed. Jack was excellent to work with—he took his time diagnosing the issue, provided me with various solutions at different price points, and answered all of my questions. Working with Aire Serv was seamless; I plan to work with them again when it is time to replace my system.

Very timely and professional. Jackson was thorough and had the heat pump repaired within an hour of arrival.

Very happy…professional (Diagnosed problem quickly/ordered parts/ETA call/arrived on time/installed the fixes/described what he did and had pictures for better understanding/cleaned up/finished early). Very short turnaround for the fix to be implemented, so we can be more comfortable in the house.

Jackson was able to come much earlier today than scheduled. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained and showed me what the issue was. He was very efficient in repairing the problem. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. He was fantastic!!
