We had recently purchased an old home, so we needed to install in a new heating & cooling system since we were upgrading it and doing some restoration services to it before we could shift in it. We contacted Weston Heating Air Conditioning for an estimate of installing a new heating and cooling system and they gave us a very reasonable quote, so we made an order for the system and they promised to come for installation the following day. We were so impressed by their professionalism and diligence. They worked so hard that the entire installation process just took them a day and we paid the exact amount they had quoted initially. Highly recommend!

Finding out we needed a new furnace as the weather turned cold was very stressful, but I couldn't be happier with the service and attention to detail we received from Weston Heating Air Conditioning. On the installation day we had heat sooner than expected because the technicians worked so efficiently to install both. All three were always very professional and friendly. I highly recommend using Weston Heating Air Conditioning for all your furnace and AC needs.

We chose Weston Heating Air Conditioning Richard based on previous reviews. Richard turned up as promised and completed the work in the time frame quoted. The furnace installation was done professionally and with minimal disruption to us. He was a pleasure to have in our home, we are very happy with the installed furnace and the uncomplicated impact on our weekend during installation.

Have been very happy with Weston Heating Air Conditioning, had a system go out last summer they were able to replace it in just a few days. Great customer service considering how busy all the HVAC companies are in the summer. What also nice is the follow on service. Great service. Easy to schedule even during busy times. We were possibly going to have a power outage during our window so I called to see if the tech could come earlier and one did! We were so grateful. The tech was excellent. Very knowledgeable, honest, helpful and nice. I fully recommend Weston Heating Air Conditioning.

Check-up completed as expected on the furnace and air conditioner units but after this work was done the technician proceeded to try and sell me different costly packages for improvement of our 17 year old HVAC system before letting me see the actual report. Once I saw the report, which was emailed later, it noted almost everything in good condition and/or within standards. Felt pressured to commit to purchasing these packages before I had a chance to review his report.

We had Nathan come out to our house after some furnace problems and he had our issue solved within a couple hours. He was very polite and helpful in explaining what the issue was with our system. Their technician came out after hours and helped get our small Chihuahua out of a floor furnace duct she fell into. He was wonderful and saved the day!

Joey was so quick to respond to our emergency weekend call. You never think your air will go out during the hottest weekend but it happened to us… Joey was punctual and professional. He showed us options at different price points and did not pressure us into spending a lot of money on a fix or completely replacing the system. Knew what he was talking about and quickly fixed our AC. Would gladly recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

My furnace decided to shut off on me this morning (extra concerning when It’s freezing outside!) so I was worried. I called and within a few hours someone was able to take a look for me. Joe was very helpful and took the time to explain all of my options/pricing. Could not be happier with the service.
