I tried to reach out to MMC directly via their website but after 2 weeks I still have no reply. I unfortunately had the pleasure of witnessing one of their employees on the road early one morning. They flashed their headlights at me when I merged well before them. They continued to weave in and out of traffic, cutting people off, and almost missing their exit on 280 which caused 3 cars to nearly crash into one another. It's amazing someone acts like this on the road at 6:40 in the morning, let alone in a company vehicle where there is a number to identify them. Also seeing a review from previous years about their employee being disrespectful on the road. Seems like this is a common thing for this company and the lack of response via their website goes to show that this reputation holds true for the entire business. Extremely dissapointing.

MMC is a MAJOR Mechanical Contractor, in Minnesota. Target Field, Lots of condo jobs, all work with building systems for HVAC...

One of these guys tailgated into my residence after me. There is a sign clearly stating to wait for the doors to close. He honked at me and wove around a column and through spaces when I didn’t let the strange vehicle in. If he didn’t have access, he shouldn’t have entered. Don’t know why he was here.

The entire staff is the absolute best all around. I have been hiring MMC for countless jobs over the last few years from electrical to HVAC, plumbing and everything in between. I have NEVER been disappointed. They always go above and beyond in communication and overall professional work. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Paul is who I have been in contact with and he is phenomenal at what he does always going the extra mile.

Make sure you’re getting a WRITTEN estimate! Was quoted verbally $900 for pool maintenance now charged $2100??? What the neck people! Same happened to our affiliated hotel! Do better!

MMC as a whole is ok and I honestly would have given them a higher rating if not for Jacqueline. If you're ever on the phone with her, hang up and ask for another person to talk to. Or better yet, find another contractor.
I asked for a written estimate for a multi apartment building in NYC to which Jacqueline replied that she's not in the business of writing long essays.
Never calling MMC again.
