We had a whole house air vent cleaning and had a great experience. The tech who helped us out, Jayshon, was amazing. He was very friendly, communicative and walked us through recommendations in a way that was helpful but not at all pushy.

They are incredibly responsive to emails, quick and easy to get them to my home for a vent cleaning. I can tell the difference in my air quality and home fragrance.

Just had Dom come out to my new house, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Dom arrived on time, was highly professional, and took great care in thoroughly cleaning every vent and duct in my home. They used high-quality equipment to remove dust, allergens, and debris, Throughout the process, they explained each step. After the cleaning, they left my home spotless, and I noticed an immediate difference in air circulation and freshness. I highly recommend Dom for his outstanding service, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Anthony did a great job for us. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood what he was doing and performed the cleaning thoroughly and quickly.

1) I sent email message: "I have a big problem to fix. After Abdulla left I noticed that one of my vents in my dining area had the ceiling around it damaged. Can you please send someone to fix the damage? Attached is a photo of the damage. Your picture links show there was no damage before the cleaning.
2) No one ever responded to me in spite of this return email message:
We are very sorry to hear about the damage done by the technician. I have this forwarded over to the supervisor and someone should reach out to you within 24-48 hours.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can pass along to him.

Amazing service!
We’re glad we made the choice to try out MN Air duct. We are extremely satisfied with the service they provided and we were contacted right away on a Saturday after we placed a request.
We did also end up adding the ultimate whole house maintenance package and it was worth every penny spent!

Had a great experience with my duct cleaning service. Jayvon, the technician, was on time, polite, and professional throughout. The service took about two hours, and he made sure to explain the results clearly—including a few items to keep an eye on—without trying to upsell anything. He left the area clean and tidy when the work was done. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

I submitted an online inquiry about an appointment on a Sunday. On Monday morning I got an email saying I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I called that morning to ask questions about the service, and due to our dryer vent location and their technicians’ capabilities decided not to proceed with the appointment. Later that same day I received an email and text confirming the appointment, so I called to cancel again. Then on Tuesday morning, I got a call from the technician who would be doing our house that day, so I had to call for a third time to cancel. Why wasn’t the first call enough? Where is the breakdown in communication? What is going on? The sheer lack of customer service and inability to adhere to potential customers’ wishes is astounding. We were going to keep them in mind for when our whole house needed duct cleaning, but after this experience they have ensured that we will never patronize their business.

The service tech was knowledgeable and informative. Pleased with the work and service.

Had my air ducts cleaned and it went super smoothly. The tech showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and took photos during the process, which was really helpful. The price was great, and the whole thing was quick and easy. House already feels fresher — definitely recommend!

The Tech they sent was very Courteous and Professional +++++

The arrival window I was given was 11am to 2pm. When the technician hadn't arrived at 2:15pm, I called MN Air Duct Cleaning, and was told my arrival window was noon to 3pm (that's not what the e-mail and text confirmation said). Then I find out that the $249 price didn't include the main line, which was an extra $199 (that was my mistake, though, because this extra $199 service is on their website). I guess if the price seems to good to be true, it probably is...
The technician seemed to do a good job cleaning, and was really hustling to get it done. After he left, I noticed at least 2 vent covers were bent or damaged, and paint was scraped, due to over-torqued screws and carelessness.

I am more than pleased by the job Victer did cleaning out my air ducts. Very informative and kind. I would highly recommend to others!

Tyrell and crew were professional and very pleasant to have around the house during the job. It's a good idea to learn whether you need to change your furnace filter, and have one on hand for after their excellent cleaning!

Our technician completed the air duct cleaning and would not turn the furnace back on in winter in MN. I told him we needed the heat on for me and the two kids, and he said No. I had to call my husband to see how to put the furnace filter in and turn the furnace on. He also blasted dust all over the nursery, and EVERYTHING in the room needed to be washed and dusted. Each vent left a dust trail and I had to vacuum and clean. It was not the professional service I expected.

Jesse did cleaning on my house. He was professional, detail, and helpful. He explained everything and did great job, I would call him again in coming years

The service from Air Duct Cleaning Corp was outstanding. Victor took the time to explain the specific needs of my townhome I never felt pressured on unnecessary services. I highly recommend them.

The prices were good. The service was wonderful. The man that came worked very hard was courteous. Nice answered all my questions.

Victor did a great, thorough job. We moved into a house where past residents had cats and my allergies were much better after our service.

Caleb and Devon were awesome! The service exceeded my expectations. Not only were they very thorough and professional they had a positive attitude and obviously love what they do and take pride in their work.
The before and after pics were amazing. I had my ducts cleaned a little over 6 years ago by another company and there is NO WAY they thoroughly cleaned all the ducts based on the plaster/drywall debris and amount of dust seen in the before pictures. However, after seeing the after pictures I have comfort in the fact that my ducts are clean.
