We used Blue Sky Chimney Sweeps to repair our chimney and replace the liner system. The team - Sam, James, Michael and Donny - did an absolutely incredible job in a very timely fashion, and we are thrilled to be back using our fireplace again. Despite being a slushy winter's day when the work took place, they took great care with our home's interior, covering floors and cleaning up impeccably before leaving. Communication with the company was excellent. The team were also so helpful in answering any questions and explaining any issues. We highly recommend Blue Sky and will use them in the future for any chimney work or cleaning. 10 STARS+!!

The crew showed up on time and ready to get to work. They introduced themselves and one started covering things to control dust, etc., and one explained what they would do and how. He also advised on potential issues with removing and re-installing the old insert. We decided to eliminate the insert and go with the heat reflector.
All three of the team were friendly, courteous, and helpful. They completed the work in a timely fashion, did a good job cleaning things up after they were done. At that point one of them explained what was done, how to work the flu, etc.
They finished everything in one day, which was shorter than the estimate.
All in all, we were very satisfied with how the job was done, and the courtesy and helpfulness of the team.

James was going to be a little late so I appreciated Patrick's call to let me know. That doesn't always happen with businesses. James was very pleasant in conversation and answering my questions. He kept the area clean and seemed to do a thorough job. There was no need for further work on my wood stove so I appreciated no attempt to up sale. I'm excited to use my stove again now that I'm assured it's ready to go. Thanks to James for his work and Patrick for alerting me to a sale going on.

Just wanted to take a minute or two to praise Rico . We have used blue sky now for four years. And have always asked for Rico he is friendly courteous knowledgeable always pleasant and cleans up everything would recommend Blue Sky and him to anyone looking for chimney work.

We had a great experience with James from Blue Sky. He arrived on schedule and walked me through the process and how long it would take. He was knowledgeable and provided good advice on the frequency to clean out fireplace e based on how often we use it. I will use Blue Sky again.

I am glad I called Blue Sky. I have a fireplace that needed cleaning in the middle of winter. I called them and they gave me an affordable price with next day service. It's a local, family run business that does great work. Rico came to my house and was both knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. I felt comfortable having him in my home. All around great service and I will use them again.

Rico was very friendly, thorough and professional with his assessment of what needed to be done. He had a great eye in spotting cracks, missing or cracked bricks and took plenty of pictures.
Donny, Sam, Simon and Michael did an excellent job of repairing my chimney stack and placing a new overhanging limestone crown on top. They also restored two pillars on each end of the house and put new boards up connecting the pillars with the house. They filled any cracks on the brick front and chimney wall. Also, they repaired cracks on the inside gas fireplace surround and bottom stone mantle. Their workmanship was top notch, they laid down tarps and left the areas clean.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs masonry work done on their home.

Don was my technician. Two guys stopped by and they were professional, we had the house staged for sale and they left it in as good a shape as when they got here. All the vents were cleaned and they showed video of before and after, did a great job. Was able to process the invoice immediately and paid via credit card and was able to receive invoice via email directly. Worked great, highly recommend.

I made an appointment for June 6 for Premium Whole House Air Duct Cleaning for $599. The duct cleaning itself went okay. I had to remove a few of the registers myself because they were painted onto the wall and that is company policy to prevent them from any liability of pulling paint off the wall - totally understand that and wanted to remove those registers anyway because the previous owner did a bit of a landlord special. The technician was very efficient and did a great job with the ducts. The problem came when he went to do the dryer vent, which was included in the special. The cleaning equipment was pushed too far and damaged the dryer. He apologized immediately and explained the situation after speaking with his manager - they did not take payment right away because they wanted to inspect the dryer to diagnose the problem. Before he left, he said that someone from management was supposed to reach out later that day and that they would hopefully have the situation rectified by the end of the week. It was a Thursday, so I didn't have unreasonable expectations that it may not be possible to get someone out last minute. I patiently waited for a call that never came until I got a text A WEEK LATER on Wednesday letting me know that someone could come out on Friday to look at the dryer. Again, the technician who came was very nice. He noted at the time that he was having trouble accessing the whole back of the dryer because he was unfamiliar with the model. He was able to get a camera in and sneak a quick video of what was causing the noise but he was unable to resolve it and also told me management should be calling later in the day. Once again, NO ONE EVER CALLED. Another week later, I get a text asking me to pay my invoice. I did finally receive the email with my before and after pictures attached to the invoice as well. I replied back that nothing had been done to rectify the damage to my dryer, which had been out of commission for 2 weeks (now 3.5), and that I thought it was inappropriate to be asking me for money when the cost to replace the dryer would be more than the cost of the original services. It has now been over 10 days since that communication, and no one has replied even though that is the email they have listed to contact. I finally ordered a dryer for myself because my family cannot continue functioning without one. Even with a holiday sale discount, the dryer, delivery, and install are close to $1400. Thanks for the headache. My recommendation would be to choose any other company with better customer service.

Called and scheduled an appointment based on the $199 Valupak mailer. The technician showed up late, outside the 2 hour allotted time window. Then they tried to up charge us with add ons to ~$800. We settled on $239. The technician was at our house for an hour and 45 minutes before telling us his machine wasn't working and they couldn't complete the work. They never reached back out to reschedule the appointment. I had to call 3 times before I got ahold of someone. We rescheduled, and they didn't show up within the 2 hour allotted time again, and never reached out to say they were running late. Would not recommend.

Price was as quoted. No Up-selling. Tech toured all areas to be serviced and did an excellent job providing many photos of before and after cleaning. We are very satisfied and will use them again.

Tyrese came out and cleaned my whole air duct system a few weeks ago and did a great job. Definitely would recommend!

I believe his name was Tyrel, a young man that did a wonderful job. Very pleasant and professional in his attitude to us and his work. Saw how he made sure that he clean the ducts as best as possible. Took a little over an hr to complete with not much problem on our side. I am satisfied with this company and got a good deal.

Tyreese did an amazing job! He is clear, concise and VERY honest. I'd signed up for an add-on service and when the photos showed that service was not necessary.

Tyresse was great. He did a very thorough job-including find a 10x5 inch piece of concrete in one of our vents-that your competitor left behind from a cleaning three years ago.!!! We will recommend your services to others. Thank you.

The tech was a very nice guy. They were supposed to clean and vacuum all the vents including the blower vents and returns.. He vacuumed the return vents, but did not vacuum the blower vents. He wanted to sell me something for over a thousand dollars in additional services. I have previously had this
service from another company and they vacuumed the blower vents as well as the return vents. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

Requested service using a special "whole house air vent cleaning for $199.00" from a mailer. First issue was that the day before the scheduled service, they cancelled and then never contacted me again until I contacted them a week later. After re scheduling, the technician showed up on time as expected. After a short time, he advised that in order to complete the job properly, he would need an additional $460.00 to clean the duct work at the furnace and the furnace blower. An addition 231%. I expected that there would be an upcharge but I thought that percentage was ridiculous. This is a very small townhouse. Didn't much matter though as we had to stop the service anyway as the technician never shut off the furnace so while he was working, all the debris he was attempting to clean was blowing into the home once the furnace kicked on. I then contacted the managers and they offered a $50.00 discount. So for $149.00 I get an incomplete job and now I get to pay another company to come out to do the vent cleaning, and I either get to clean up this companies mess and/or pay another cleaner if I can't clean up the mess adequately myself. Definitely do not recommend this outfit.

Tyreese did an amazing job for us completing the vent cleaning special efficiently and was very considerate of our home and great to talk to. Great customer service and job well done- we are happy to be breathing cleaner air in our home!

I think our tech was Don. He did a great job. The only reason for not giving a 5 was that the cleanup was not exceptional. Still had to vacuum everywhere. He explained everything very well.

We had all the vents and ducts cleaned, dryer vent too. Our tech, Don, was great! His customer service both on the phone in advance and while he was on the job was friendly and professional. House is 20yrs old, we are the second owners and this had never been done—even found remnants of construction debris. The air felt immediately cleaner! We were very pleased with the process and the result!
