Calling the Lennox store isn’t just about getting parts—it’s an experience, thanks to Sam! I swear, picking up the phone to call in feels like dialing into my favorite radio show. Sam’s energy is through the roof, like she’s hosting an action-packed game show every time! Whether it's a simple question or a complex order, she somehow manages to make HVAC talk exciting (who knew that was possible?!).

Sam brings so much enthusiasm and positivity that I sometimes wonder if she drinks a gallon of espresso before starting her shift. I find myself actually looking forward to calling in just to hear her voice—it's like getting a little pep talk for the day. She knows her stuff and handles every call like a pro, with just the right mix of personality and know-how. The Lennox store wouldn’t be the same without her! Customer service people here are incredibly rude. I do not believe this company is real. They do not get someone to call you. No one shows up. They mess up appointments. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Stay away. Find someone on the Thumbtack app. Much better luck.

So far, just trying to get someone to come to the house has been a pain. The representatives I've spoken to have told me they would get a tech to call me back with an ETA. I've been waiting for 3 hours and no phone call. I really hope the tech can show up today. If they do a good job, I'll update the review. For now, their customer service is awful.

Update: They gave a window between 12-3pm today and it’s now almost 7pm and no one called and no one showed up. Unreliable company. Representatives had absolutely no regard for health concerns or urgency. We won’t get to see if the company is actually has good service because customer service is so bad.

Kelvin was wonderful and efficient today. When he first came to my house, he mentioned that it was flag day and when he left he even gave me two flag pins. More importantly, he did a great job and was very professional.Highly recommended.

Desmond came within the time window stated, giving advance notice. He diagnosed the problem, found the leak, and answered all my questions with clear explanations. He worked through a warranty situation on the evaporator, and did the evaporator replacement install efficiently. AC has been working great since.

I called Weston Heating Air Conditioning this morning at 8 am with an air conditioning problem. Their technician showed up within 2 hours. He diagnosed and solved the problem within a very short time. They were very professional,fairly priced and fast. I would definitely recommend them.

What a pleasant surprise! Friendly technicians, timely appointment, prompt arrival time, quick fix and most of all reasonable charge. Kevin, the technician, was fantastic. He explained the whole heating system to me. What happened that caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. Very happy with the service and will be a loyal customer!

Richard is one of the most knowledgeable HVAC technicians I have ever met. He thoroughly explained every action he was taking, what he was expecting with each action, and what the next steps would be. It is very clear he enjoys his job and takes pride in his work. He was also very pleasant and polite!
