Carlo was fantastic!! He was tuning up the fireplaces. Very friendly, great communication, explained the issues and even labeled the various gas lines! This is the guy you want for your fireplace!!

Just moved into a new house and the furnace stopped working. They came out and fixed it really quick and explained clearly what the issue was. I will be using them again for future needs.

Carlo was absolutely awesome. He showed up on time, very friendly and informative to talk through my AC system. The issue at hand turned out to be a plumbing issue which Carlo was able to quickly identify and call up the Tiger office for someone to stop by with the right tools to fix it same day. Big thank you to Carlo and the rest of the Tiger team for fixing our floor drain issue same day. Bonus points for giving our son a little Tiger stuffed animal that he is now obsessed with. Great customer service.

Carlo solved a problem of a persistent knocking sound coming from our furnace area when running. We are so happy he figured it out with a simple solution. Friendly and willing to answer questions.

Sergii did a great job on a difficult late evening emergency repair. He worked efficiently, nonstop for 3+ hours, kept me informed, figured out the problem, fixed it, and left two bathroom work sites as clean as he found them.
