We had Midwest install a sprinkler system and they damaged the neighbors chain link fence with their tractor and never said a word, also the Mexican workers left their unwanted trash on the side of our home when they ate their lunch. Al also left a mess in our basement [very unprofessional] and when I called 2 years later, having a problem with low water pressure on 1 of the zones, Al could not figure out on how to fix it and still charged a service fee.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

They went above and beyond for me while servicing my system. They definitely care and want the best for their customers. I will always be using them for future needs.

Not sure about their service or the quality of their work, but they drive horribly. By that I mean they accelerate excessively in order to cut another driver off without a turn signal, just to get in to a turn lane that they could easily have made it in to by reducing their speed to allow two vehicles to pass them. If they’re willing to take risks on the road my bet is they’re willing to take risks on their work as well. I’ll be a guaranteed non-customer for life.

The price was reasonable and the work performed was great from this family owned and operated business. The father/son team installed a 7-zone sprinkler system on a 1/3 acre suburban lot before the sod was laid down. Everything went well (and on schedule pending the weather) and they even came back a couple times to tweak and replace a couple sprinkler heads without charge.

Knowledgeable. Outstanding service. Fair pricing. Have had their service for 15+ years. They were highly recommended to us and I would recommend.

Great company! They did a fantastic job on our 9 zone sprinkler install and our job was a difficult one with the limestone beneath but they got it done!!

They had Google remove my review. They did not put my lines deep enough so when I had my grass aerated they punctured my water lines in multiple spots. I had another company come out who said they bury twice as deep. Now I have to remove everything and lost $5000. Seemed like nice people at first, but they did a bad install. I ran into the owner a few years later and explained all the issues I had and he had a very condescending attitude, no customer care in his mind whatsoever.
