25+ years ago Midwest installed a 5 zone system for us. Had a couple zones that quit working. Hunter arrived at around 7:30 ,repair was done in one hour. Turned out to be the controller. Now it's all wifi which really easy to operate. Can't say enough about the service, great young man. Very happy

From Ms. Rhonda, Al, Jake, and the blonde son, they are all AMAZING. Truly a family business that focuses on the elevation of the client experience. MSS is my go to for sure.

It has been over 20 years that we have had Midwest Sprinkler taking care of our sprinkler system (they installed the system with the previous owners of our home). Over the years we had an addition to our garage, changes to our landscaping, and the city replaced our curbs - Midwest Sprinkler helped us with every change and they have been awesome to worth with all along!

Midwest sprinkler systems was friendly yet professional! They did my spring startup and fixed the hidden areas which needed full coverage by lifting up the buried sprinklers as well adjusting the rotation and pressure so the full lawn get coverage. Their customer service is great! And their technicians are very knowledgeable, they also educate and set the scheduler on what days the lawn to be watered according to the local county guidelines. They take customers feedback seriously and act right away. Highly recommend!!

After struggling with the appearance of our lawn since we moved to Woodbury in 2017, we finally faced the fact that despite all the treatments and fertilizers, the true answer to an awesome lawn is WATER. So, I proceeded in the middle of the summer of 2023 to find an installer at a good price AND a good reputation.
I contacted many, some did not even respond, some had terrible reviews, some were way too high in $$$ and finally settled with Midwest. The father and son team worked well and were very agreeable on items I had expressed in design options and controller mounting location.
My only complaint was the hired subcontracted plumber they used for the pre-install of the backflow regulator. He came when I was at work when just my wife and her older mother were home. My wife called me while he was still there and needed to ask about a 'problem' he saw with the the isolation valve for the spigot that the backflow regulator was connected to. He said it was leaking and wasn't able to stop water to the backflow regulator. He then quickly told my wife he could replace it while he was still there. This prompted her call to me and I quickly told her to NOT to have him do this work and that I will address it later. She said he became very moody after that and was a bit sarcastic. Mind you, the payment for this extra work would have NOT been funneled through Midwest who he was working for, rather straight to him...a little side money??? Well, when I got home, I quickly went down and closed the 'BAD' valve and watched the outdoor spigot for leaks....NONE!!!!!!
I also found a review written about this same plumber by another lady (take note that it was a LADY) who sang the praises of his willingness to take care of her 'leaky valve' as well....Too bad she probably didn't realize she was getting scammed.
I relayed this to Midwest...what they do in future is their decision, but they were GREAT with the install and the pricing was so good, I upgraded to Stainless Steel Sprinklers and still was below the quotes of other companies! This system went in on August 15th and in just a month, I was awestruck with the improvement of my lawn. Way to go MIDWEST!! They also scheduled my fall blow out for a bit earlier than I wanted, and they were most agreeable to move it out later. Thanks again Midwest.

Midwest has done a repair and our winterization of our sprinkler system since moving to Saint Paul. Amazing company to work with - the office is always responsive and the employees are kind and honest. Thanks for being here for us!

Midwest Sprinkler Systems installed our irrigation system 15+ years ago and they consistently provide excellent service. We have them out each year in the spring and fall (system start-up snd shutdown) and they always make sure the system is working properly. They have also helped with broken sprinkler heads and have adjusted the lines/heads as needed when we’ve modified our landscaping. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a sprinkler service company.

We have used Midwest Sprinkler Systems for 20 years with no issues. The service team arrives on time, is courteous, respectful, and is effience getting the job done. They even send us reminder appts, which I love. If the assigned date/time doesn't work, it's an easy phone call to make a change.

We have had Midwest Sprinkler and have worked with Al for over 20 years. I highly recommend his company. He has always been quick to respond to any needs, and has given excellent customer service. He also gives very fair pricing for any needs I have had beyond the usual.

Your Technician Jake Swenson came today, very timely! We had a leak in our sprinkler system due to roots from a Silver Maple that wrapped around the main water pipe and broke it! It was not an easy fix! Jake fixed it, no problem! He is knowledgeable, skillful and a very nice person! He was helpful & went above and beyond, including moving a bag of dirt for me which I could not move due to a shoulder injury. Please give this man a raise! Good men are hard to find!

Excellent responsiveness and sending text reminders so great and I had the same guy who did my system from last season and he remembered where there was a couple of spigots that are inconspicuous… just great attention to detail and responsiveness five stars for sure!!

Great company. Installed my system well over a decade ago and it's still running great. Anytime I've needed service or water lines moved (when road construction came thru my neighborhood) they were quick, friendly, and easy to work with

They never delivered the services they promised. Besides they hardly answer their phone.
