We have used Skips for a few years and unfortunately will not use them again. The employee who serviced our sprinkler system this fall damaged our raised bed garden container that will need to be replaced. No note, no message, simply did the work and left without any communication. Very disappointing.

Skip's is the very best. The customer service is outstanding. The communication that Skip's makes with the customer is excellent. I am notified much in advance as to when they are coming and what they will be doing. Fabulous staff. Outstanding service. It's a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Skip’s did the original installation back in 2009 and did an excellent job then. I have used them since for spring startup and fall blowout. They have also made repairs and head replacements as necessary and have always been on time and have done great work. I would highly recommend them!

We moved into a house 2 years ago with a Skip’s sticker on the irrigation controller. Since working with them, they’ve been nothing but responsive, professional, and helpful.

Each one of their technicians takes the time to talk through any questions I have, and are always positive no matter what.

I may be able to do some of this work myself, but I know they will do it right, and will do it at a fair price.

Skip's Sprinklers are highly recommended professionals. There was a broken/ damaged head of the sprinklers and I gave them a call. One of the persons gave me a quick call back and to schedule. They did fix it fast. I recommend Skip's Sprinklers for home owners who have irrigation systems for for great work and fast service.

Thank you so much to Skip's for helping me track down and repair a piece in my sprinkler system that was damaged during road repair. The men who came out were helpful in how to best maintain the system for the winter and made sure I had all the information needed. They were on time and really quick. In the past they have even coordinated with my neighbor so both of our homes could be done at the same time even if I was not able to be home and my neighbor could access my the garage.

Skip's Sprinklers has been our go to company for over a decade. I'm a disabled veteran, thus unable to physically handle problems with our yard. Skip's has been very active making sure my sprinkler system worked perfectly. In addition, I have periodically added new trees, sheds, etc and could always count on Skip's Sprinklers to make any adjustments to our sprinkler systems. Will be looking into their lighting systems after we're finished with the four seasons add-on to our house. Trust is earned, not easily given, and Skip's has my trust. I highly recommend their services, you won't be disappointed. !!!

I was impressed with the information they shared to help me decide what to do. They listened to all of my concerns and questions. They explained all the options because I had multiple needs. At my direction they close my system down every fall and start it up each spring. They make sure all the heads are working and spraying in the correct directions each spring. They continue to provide great service and still accommodate my needs even after 4 years. I had never met them before I asked them to give me a quote for a irrigation system and now I consider them my partner. I highly recommend Skip's for anything they offer.

We've been with Skip's Sprinklers since we moved to Hastings, almost six years ago. They do an absolutely fantastic job with starting up and blowing out our sprinkler system at the beginning and end of each season each year. They also did the original install of the outdoor and landscape lighting our home has and do a phenomenal job maintaining it! Their staff is exceptional and so friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We recommend Skip's Sprinklers to everyone we know!

This company is A+++. From the friendly office staff to the knowledgeable and professional installers and owners, we have been so impressed. My husband is very particular and because of that normally does all of our home improvement projects himself. Many companies have let him down in the past, but not Skip's! We have had Skip's take care of our irrigation system for years and been very happy. Earlier this summer we contacted them with questions about installing our own outdoor lighting which led to a no pressure lighting demo that the owner came out and setup and let us enjoy for a few days. After seeing just how superior these lighting products were to the ones we had been contemplating we decided to scrap our do-it-yourself lighting and have Skips install their product. We are so glad we did. They were able to get us on the schedule within a couple of days and the installers took great care in ensuring everything was as expected. The owner even returned the night of the install to ensure everything was working and adjusted just right. You just don't find this level of service very often. We'll continue to call Skip's for all of our irrigation and lighting needs.

Skip's Sprinklers installed the sprinkler system in all of the homes in the Lake Ridge Villas where we live. We recently added a deck and improved some of the landscaping, Skip's was very helpful in locating the underground tubing so we could dig the footings for the deck. In addition they moved several sprinkler heads where the original installation was no longer appropriate.

Skip's personnel are always friendly, efficient and patient with our requests.

Our HOA has been using SOTA for a few years and the quality of service is pretty bad. We were promised consistent service and quality lawn care, and we have received the opposite. There are weeks they don't even bother to show up (weeks in which there has not been rain...). My lawn has become uneven and splotchy, and there are patches of dense weed growth (this was not an issue previously). For snow removal, we were told they would be out when there has been *1.5 inches of accumulated snowfall, but like the lawn care they will often just not show up. There was a storm in 2020 where they showed up two days later (*for the initial quick plow, not the full plow, which never happened) and by that time the snow was compacted and slick. At this point I don't understand what we're paying for because they're more hassle than help. Our HOA management has reached out about the issues and nothing changes/improves (they've indicated having a hard time getting a response/no response). It's disappointing because the first few months they were great, but then things took a sharp turn; units were forgotten for both lawn and snow, edging wasn't getting done, weeding was skipped, shoveling was skipped. I'm not sure what happened, but we never would have hired them based off the service and product we're receiving.

I have worked with this company for about a year now and since then I have built a great relationship with Chris (owner). He has been amazing to work with and has done a great job in taking care of the sites he was working on. He is very responsive and does great work. Anytime issues arise he is right on it and gets it taken care of right away. I would recommend this company every time. They are amazing!

Nate does fantastic work, clearly communicates, and cleaned up when he was all done.

10/10 would recommend, definitely will choose Elegant Landscapes for my next project as well.

Absolutely love the waterfall, bubbler rock and overall landscape design. I am on my third project now with Nate and team for additional landscaping. Nate had a vision for my landscape that I could not have come up with. Absolutely worth the investment into my overall outdoor living experience.
