I would recommend AMA to anyone looking for service!! Blake came to look at our Miele coffee maker that wasn’t grinding the coffee beans correctly. He ended up cleaning the grinder out and now it works perfectly! We are so thrilled and will be using AMA for any other issues in the future!

Just had our Miele oven repaired by Mike F. from AMA and we had a great experience. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend AMA.

(2) When I called for assistance, AMA asked what was occurring, asked if I had tried a reset, and then confirmed model and serial number.
(3) Blake was the technician. First asked for what we observed, ran his diagnostics, discovered faulty part, explained why this caused the issue, replaced, and then made sure dishwasher cycled properly. All in less than 60 minutes. Efficient, organized, neat, and polite.
