Just had them at my condo today replacing my wine cooler. It was Blake and one other person. They were awesome. Blake was so careful getting the cooler out of the center island and getting it out the door. Also extremely careful putting the new one in. They were extremely pleasant, efficient and careful with my wood floor and enameled cabinets. Would definitely have them out again if I need any other service on my appliances.

Mike is terrific!! He was professional, clean, respectful, courteous and friendly from the moment of his phone call to the time of his departure. I feared a premature appliance breakdown. But, it was a problem with the new electrical outlet instead. Mike explained the issue and easily righted the problem so that we were back up and running and able to wash clothes. Yay!!

Blake is fantastic. We were having trouble with our Vent-a-Hood and he came prepared to resolve the issue. Not satisfied with a quick-fix - that may or may not require another visit at a later date, he took the time to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose our issue. Additionally, he had the right equipment with him to do so. One visit, done. Excellent service!

Great service from AMA Appliance Service! Blake knew exactly what to do troubleshooting our microwave issue. We were expecting the worse. He found a bad switch and fuse. Repair time was quick. A true professional and customer orientated. So good to see a technician taking pride in his profession as he does.

Mike came on time and was very open and friendly. Offered to wear a mask but wasn't necessary. Removed his shoes and promptly fixed the issue, however he noticed another issue with the oven due to somewhat faulty install. The door on the upper oven didn't open all the way. He fixed it when he could've just been done. Outstanding service! Really unbelievably excellent!
Can't say enough of how satisfied we are and will continue to use this company at every opportunity.

Our service person Blake was very knowledgeable of our Miele steam oven and its issue. He was friendly, on time and efficient I will definitely use AMA Service again They are a must for Miele, Bosch, etc

I rarely ever post any google reviews but Mike from AMA deserves it - He gave me a call the evening before to confirm our appointment and set a specific time, texted me 15min before arriving, and showed up at our scheduled time on the dot. He was very kind and polite, and took the time to explain what was was wrong with our vent hood. He even took the time to explain each part of the vent and how to check and maintain it ourselves now! And not to mention, this is the Friday of Labor Day weekend. Can’t remember receiving any service like that in a long time. Thank you for the help Mike!!
