My apartment complex uses this company for appliance repairs and unfortunately we have been waiting 2 weeks for a new motor for a washing machine. A technician determined the motor in my washer needed to be replaced and was ordered the end of March. I was told it usually takes 3-4 business days but here we are 2 weeks out and no word on the part needed. I hope he didn’t mean 3-4 weeks!! I’m not entirely sure who this falls in but just be aware that parts needed for your repair could take days, weeks or months to get.

Couldn’t be more impressed with everyone at D&T. They were incredible helpful and responsive. Our technician, Austin, was amazing and made sure our refrigerator fully worked and we had every part needed before even thought about leaving our house. We couldn’t be more pleased. Moving forward, we will only call D&T.

Joe and Ricardo were so professional and wow did they know their craft. They basically gutted my fridge and put in all new mechanics. They were fast but very efficient. They worked great as a team. In the long run saved me thousands yes because this fridge has really gone up in price but now it’s brand new again. Rockstars!

We had a dishwasher problem so contacted D&T on a Friday and had an appointment already booked for the following Tuesday. The repair technician arrived on time and had our dishwasher up and running in about an hour with a relatively easy ( but tricky to diagnose ) repair of a relay solder joint on the control board. This is the second time we have used D&T and they have come though both times and at a reasonable service charge.

First time using D&T Appliance Repair and was not disappointed! Technician Austin was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about the repair. He completed the job and it was painless:) I would definitely recommend this company, very satisfied with their service.

I was very happy with the technician, Jason, who solved my problem and answered my questions clearly and in a helpful manner. It’s very difficult to find a company that services out of warranty LG washers so I’m grateful for DT Appliance.

Had service on my LG refrigerator in June 2024 and was very pleased with the excellent repair I received. I was happy I kept my paperwork and had also registered my 6-year old refrigerator online as the compressor part of the service was covered. My refrigerator has worked great since the repair. D&T is honest and did a good job.

I would never use this place again. We had an issue with our Electrolux dryer and Electrolux hired D&T Appliance to come and service our dryer. The technician came for less then 5 minutes and adjusted the footings on our dryer and gave us a brand new lint holder. It is still squeaking loudly and has not been fixed. The technician told my husband he would call Electrolux to see what other things he can try to fix the squeaky noise and that he would call us back. After several days, I called Electrolux myself. The report submitted from our technician said he replaced a sensor and a pulley. He never even removed our dryer from the wall. There was no mention of the lint replacement on the repot and when I called to have him correct the report they would not do this. Not sure how a technician can claim to change two things when they did not even pull our dryer out or take the top off. Shame on D&T for not handling this appropriately! You have an employee who outrightly lied to them and us on the report and they are ok with this. I would never use this place again . What is the incentive to file a report that they replaced two things and did not do so? What has happened to honesty and treating the customer with respect. Your employee filed a false report to Electrolux and you are ok with this. SHAME ON YOU and your business for accepting this type of behavior from an employee!

Outstanding and timely service from start to finish. Their office staff are great communicators and when Joe D. provided the repairs to our washer he was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what causes the problem we had and steps to avoid it in the future. I highly recommend D&T!

My igniter went out on a Electrolux range purchased in 2009. I called D&T and was able to get repair completed in less than a week. As oven still functioned I was fine with this date given. Jay was my repair technician, he was professional, competent and completed the job in under an hour start to finish. I would recommend D&T.

Our technician did a great job in all aspects. He took extra time to verify our machine was working properly. He was also very friendly and e notable to deal with. Even our new dog liked him.

We have had D&T Appliance service our Dacor Refrigerator by Travis on several occasions. Each time he has been VERY thorough and the customer service with D&T has always been extremely excellent. We feel fortunate that we found D&T because we weren't sure we could find anyone in our area that was trained on our particular model. My washing machine wasn’t working. I immediately called D& T appliance as they have serviced another appliance for me. The came out the next day, with a part they thought might work as I explained the error code that was showing. They fixed it quickly and Clay was great, friendly and professional.

The technician was prompt and efficient. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly. Rather than just throwing a new part on, he took the time to fix what was broken (a wire). I am very pleased with the entire transaction. I will use them again of the need arises.

The D&T Appliance Seevice technician was excellent. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our ice maker, corrected it and showed me how to fix it should it happen again.

He arrived within the scheduled time and called before arriving. I received confirmation of the schedule which I appreciated.

Well worth the service fee to have my older refrigerator back in working order.

Maurice was great, very knowledgeable, careful and professional. There prices seem a bit outrageous, and for that reason I would not recommend them to friends or use them again without calling other repair services. I used them for my Asko dishwasher because it is a new appliance and the manufacturer recommended them. I'm sure other repair services would have been just as good for less money! However kudos to Maurice!!

I would call them again in a second! They returned my call for help quickly, arranged for a tech to come out to fix my Bosch dishwasher at MY earliest convenience and charged me less than half of what the dealer quoted. The tech was on time, knew what he was doing, explained it all and was out of my house in no time leaving me with a fully functioning dishwasher. Thank you D&T Appliance Service!

I quickly found out that when I put in a garbage disposal I had forgotten to punch out the waste water plug that was hooked up to the dishwasher. Joe was very kind when he explained it to me!

Technician, Justin, did a fabulous job in repairing our 12 year old GE Profile frig. His communication on his arrival time was wonderful as he kept us informed including 10 minute notification before arrival. His diagnosis of the problem and testing of each of the components and code reading was thorough and he left with a solution to the problem. Our problem was solved and the frig is now self defrosting once again and the popping sounds are gone. Thank you Justin and D&T Appliance Service.

The technician, Austin was great. I loved his attitude, and he was detail and patience at what he did. Few technicians came by before and declared my refrigerator unrepairable. We were introduced to D&T; they had easy scheduling and quick availability. Fortunately, Austin showed up. Today we have a refrigerator that is working like new. I would recommend D&T. Don’t forget to ask for Austin.
