The front office and technician Joe are very professional, respectful and helpful. Joe was on time and repaired our refrigerator and changed the water filter on the freezer quickly and cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend DT Appliance for your appliance service needs!

DON"T USE D&T for any repairs. After their tech damage my appliance they would not even come out to physically inspect the damage. Attached are the current pictures (damaged) which are on the left and on the right is the oven when it was installed. I was told the scratches were adhesive that was left after the oven was installed. The oven was installed in October, the repair was done in July.

We had D&T Appliance out to repair our refrigerator. Ricardo did a good job repairing it. However, he brought in a large hard plastic mat to roll out the refrigerator. I called twice to have someone pick it up. No one ever did. We are 80 years old and it was tough to get this large mat in our trash bin. It would not bend! I don't feel we should have had to dispose of this mat. Repair was good but service was terrible.

Friendly, efficient, throughly knowledgeable about my LG electric dryer. Chad did a great job and cleaned up after the service.

I had a great experience with Jason to repair my 18 yr old Kenmore/Whirpool gas dryer. D&T was able to send Jason out within a few days. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ( told me I was lucky to have a Whirlpool product), pulled out a kit for repair, vacuumed 18 yrs of accumulated dust from the bottom of my dryer, replaced the torn belt and worn pulleys, and Voila!...it works again. Thank you D & T for your help. Even though you couldn't repair my beloved older DACOR oven( no parts available), you came through this time.

I suppose better service techs than Marcus from D&T exist in the world, but if they do I haven’t met them. In solving our multitude of issues, he was perseverant, knowledgeable, patient (w/ us), and exceptionally clear in communicating with us. Their office was also thorough and courteous. Sterling.

Highly recommend! D&T was able to get someone out to us within 24hrs and the tech who came to help us out (Chad) was very friendly too. I also will add their service fee to get a technician out to us was cheaper than a few other places I had called for a rough estimate. Total cost seemed affordable & did not over priced to me by any means. We’d absolutely use D&T again

D&T may be great at repairs, but I wouldn’t know after they botched scheduling of our service. We called first thing on a Monday morning to see about getting our washing machine repaired. We were told that the technician assigned to our St. Paul neighborhood only does calls on Mondays and Fridays, so we would have to wait until Friday. When we didn’t get the confirmation text we expected on Thursday, we checked in Friday morning. Turns out the ticket had been created but not assigned and we’d have to wait again until Monday. After looking at the growing pile of laundry we decided to find someone who’d get to us that day. Even without the scheduling fumble I wouldn’t recommend a repair service that only offered two days of availability in my neighborhood.

I called D&T and they were able to send Andre, whom I had requested, the very next day. I requested Andre because a friend of mine had just had him come to her house and he was very successful. I got the requested afternoon window which went from 3:00 to 7:00 and Andre arrived at 6:00, and within about a half hour my problems were solved. Very happy with the service.

I've been a builder for 25 years here in the Twin Cities area and I rely on D&T both personally and professionally to deal with headaches with appliances as they arise. Life happens. Andre made it to my house at about 5 PM and stayed until 7 PM. I can sense sincerity from a mile away and it could tell that he cared to actually resolve my problem with my refrigerator. He did a great job and I would highly recommend this company.

Probably the best service i've had at my house. They called ahead. Very polite and professional. Respected our home and appliances while they worked on them. Went over everything and explained some things about our other appliances. 5 stars in not enough. They deserve more.

Very professional. The technician was ahead of schedule and called to coordinate. We had a recall part replaced on a dishwasher and he was fast and courteous. He was knowledgeable and I would definitely look to AMA for my next appliance purchase.
