Does not guarantee their work. An hour after they left and it doesn’t work. Had to pay them again to comes out and fix what they didn’t fix on the first time around. And it still doesn’t work fully

Saw their truck in the neighboorhood blowing out sprinklers, approach them to see if they could do mine, was told definitely, right after they completed the current one they were doing. He did excactly that, hooked up, I stated I had my controller controls ready to go on the phone and he worked with me to run through the zones while we chatted about this and that. Super nice guy, knowledgable, easy to work with and had no issues with me running the controls via the phone. Plus I got the same neighboorhood discount he was giving the folks that signed up early. Awesome service, knowledgable and intelligent and all around fanastic experience. Plus the actual service was thorough, in case I did not make that clear.

I just got off the phone with this company and canceled the appointment I had scheduled during this call because the lady was rude. I had seen a technician in my neighborhood yesterday and spoke with him about possibly doing my winterization. Based on my conversation with him, I figured I’d try this company out. So I called today and the lady on the phone was rude and impatient when I asked questions. Because of her behavior, I canceled the appointment I had just scheduled with her. I’m not going to do business with a company who’s not respectful to potential customers.

I can’t recommend this company. I hired them this summer to install an irrigation system for me. They started the job on August 1st and the whole crew left abruptly about an hour into it for another job. They pulled up my flower beds and pavers and just left them. I’ve reached out to reschedule 4 times and no one will call me back. It’s been over 2 months and no one has reached out to me.

Great outfit. Called for a repair to some lines that were removed for a recent patio install and they were able to get out the next day. David and Sam even took some time to give me a tutorial on our sprinkler system and some tips for usage we didn't pick up when we bought (new construction) in the late fall or from our HOA irrigation company when they turned in on in the spring. We had a miscommunication on some heads that didn't need to be replaced but Mona and David worked it out right away. Cant say enough about how appreciative I was for the responsiveness and work! Will recommend to others!

We bought our home about a year ago. The previous owners left us a postcard from NorthWest Landscape reminding us to schedule the sprinkler system winterization.
This year the postcard came addressed to us. I called Sean and set a time for late October for him to come winterize the system. We knew enough to turn off the panel, but forgot to shut off the water. I found out the hard way that we should have done that when the cap blew off the water pipe from the house to the system and high pressure water started spraying up our outside wall. I managed to shut off the water outside and miraculously a few minutes later Sean showed up for our pre-scheduled appointment! I showed him where the upside down waterfall happened & he calmly led me through shutting off the water inside the house and proceeded to winterize the system and even replaced the cap that broke when the water spout started.
This is a great company - reliable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, customer focused and friendly, competent and professional. We highly recommend NorthWest Landscaping!

Sean and his team are wonderful to work with! From the first contact to answering questions post installation, they have been nothing else than professional, courteous, and timely. What struck me the most is the time Sean took to explain to us their process, the product they use and the plan of action. Even after installation of our new and awesome irrigation system, they have been super responsive. I highly recommend them!

Sean met me on time to review my irrigation issues. Got locates done in a couple days and notified Sean and he said the crew would be out the next day. The crew showed up on time and had the job done in no time at all. This company is very knowledgeable, efficient and a great group of people. The communication was quick and spot on. Spectacular.
In the height of the the irrigation blowout season, when everyone is over booked, they took my call! They were VERY polite and professional and squeezed me in the same day. Now, I would never expect that, but they did (I am local and pretty close to them which helped...but still amazing).

They arrived exactly on time and were super friendly and got the job done right!

I will absolutely use them for all my irrigation maintenance and repairs now.

Highly recommended.

One of their drivers needs to learn to respect the road and other drivers. He came right up on me going way over the speed limit and passed me going even faster. He was tailgating everyone and whipping in and out of traffic on Ferry Street, Anoka on 10/23/24 at6:15am. He ended up going into the left turn lane just to cut someone off who then had to slam on their breaks before causing an accident. This employee needs to be talked to and because of this, Northwest Landscape will never get my service and I will be sure to pass the word on.

We did not yet have a relationship with Northwest Landscape. We had been referred earlier this year by current sprinkler system contact. We called when a pipe was hit under the driveway when digging out our new driveway. Driveway project had to stop and called Northwest and they were at our house within 45 minutes. Great service and looked at other sprinkler system issues we were having after completing repairs. Highly recommend, great service and good price!

We are very happy we went with Northwest Landscape for our irrigation system. They were responsive and reasonably priced. We had a couple issues with flooding of a couple heads, but they prompty came by and fixed them. They also have a 5-year warranty on their work and parts which is a bonus.
