Gary just finished starting up our system and making some changes because of landscaping done last fall. Great job. NW Landscape has been taking care of our system for many (20+) years. Great customer service - wonderful to hear your voice again Mona. We have never needed to have them come back out to "get it right".

I had Northwest Landscape install my irrigation system in September 2023. Its been a year now running the system and I can't be more pleased! The install went smoothly and the crew was professional and courteous.
Any concerns and questions have been promptly answered and addressed by the owner Sean and his son Blake. The office ladies Breanna and Mona are friendly, courteous and always return my calls. This is a professional company using high quality Toro heads with a great 5 yr. warranty. I highly recommend them!

When it comes up on google business but it's someone's house, what a waste of time

This is the third time I've had them do work for our residence. They are thorough, have fair pricing, and do more than expected. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

This family owned and operated business is very hands on, personable, they keep their words and respect your time. Very likely patriarch Paul will be taking your calls and getting his hands dirty on your site. BY & G did a great job refreshing my yard front to back, fixed a drainage issue and enlarged my front patio. I feel Paul worked with my budget to get the possible job done, we're very grateful. We highly commend this great company

PS. Shouldn't need to say this but obviously the better you know what you want and clearly communicate, the better your results will be. These guys are very good but not inexpensive (makes sense), you should really think through what you want to do ( they'll help) before picking up the phone...

Amazing!! Jessica and her crew are fantastic to work with!! They came back to my home for multiple projects (over a year apart) and even remembered my dog’s name when they returned!! They removed old wooden railroad ties and wood chips from around my house and garage, graded the dirt, and completely improved the look of the area with installing fresh rock, beautiful plants, and sod. Great communication and great skills!

Pro Lawn & Landscape has been outstanding for our commercial snow removal needs. Their team is extremely reliable, showing up promptly during every snowfall and making sure our property is cleared, safe, and fully accessible. Even during major storms, they stay on top of plowing, de-icing, and cleanup so our business can operate without disruption.

We’ve been using Pro Lawn & Landscape for our commercial property maintenance and snow removal, and they’ve been great to work with. This winter they really exceeded expectations. After every snowfall the lot and sidewalks were cleared quickly and thoroughly, and they even came back during heavier storms to make sure everything stayed safe and accessible.

I’ve used Pro Lawn & Landscape for the past couple of years for a variety of landscaping projects and have been very happy with their work. Tim and his crew do a nice job and I’m always satisfied with the end result. I’ve even used them to plow my driveway and mow my lawn when I haven’t been able to do it myself. Their prices seem reasonable to me and I’d much rather support a smaller business like this, rather than give my money to one of the larger, highly advertised companies. I’m very happy with the work Pro Lawn & Landscape has done for me and I will continue to use them in the future, as well as recommend them to my friends and relatives.

Pro Lawn & Landscape is single-owner operated by Tim Benson. I would question what he says, question his estimate and invoice. He hides material costs within labor charges. He overcharges what he buys for the customer from Patio Town. His pricing structure is Not Fair. He didn't verify the linear installed footage of landscape edging for my project compared to the bid. I performed 10 to 11 hours of labor on my project without reimbursement. I would not hire him again, and had I known then what I know now, wouldn't of hired him in October of 2013.

Tony came out today and came up with a perfect solution for my semi complicated situation. His solution was quick only needed one small part instead of a total junction box tear out and replace. He also came back to the door to give me a piece I might need for my system in the future instead of throwing away. Clever and thoughtful.

Every tech has been helpful and explains his work and allows for our input. Office staff is extremely accommodating. Communication is prompt. Couldn’t ask for more from an irrigation company.

Troy was on time and offered multiple solutions for our problem. He completed the work quickly and was very professional. Would highly recommend.
