Tony was great! It was our first time with sprinklers and didn't know what to expect, but he explained it all to us and was very helpful. He was also very quick!

Their fall cleanup was exceptional. Removing the leaves and there was ALOT, providing a final short mow to the lawn for the season plus trimming our perennial beds and even edging the driveway. They tackled all this on a timely professional manner and cleaning up after themselves so couldn’t tell they were even here.

CB services is great and the only irrigation services I’ll use. They helped fix my problem in under an hour and are quick to get scheduled! Thank you CB Services

The quality of service and customer care is excellent. Always prompt and if there was a change due to a weather event we would be informed immediately by email. The guys even did some extra things for us that they had not been planning to. Always friendly, helpful, the work is really done well. Highly recommend these guys!

Tony was a very nice guy. He was friendly and professional. He took time to explain to me the needed services and corrected the water irrigation concerns. I appreciated his help. So, now my lawn can look healthy. He was even friendly to my dog who liked Tony too. Thank you, Tony.

Scheduled by text message. Gave garage code to tech and left check at the control panel. Didn’t need to be home to have service completed. CB Services makes it easy for homeowners to take advantage of their thorough, reasonably priced services.

So happy I went with CB services! They were recommended to me by numerous people on the Maple Grove community FB page and I was not disappointed. We went with another company first and we’re highly dissatisfied. After seeing CB services work, we won’t be going anywhere else moving forward! Timely, excellent work, and easy to communicate and work with. We highly recommend!

CB Services called ahead to let me know they were coming to the appointment. The workers were very considerate and did what I asked of them. They stayed a little extra to make sure I was happy with the results on the lawn and irrigation. I also use CB services in the winter for plowing the church parking lot and sidewalks. I would recommend CB services to anyone looking for lawn, irrigation and plow services.

So disappointed with this company. Their work was become shoddy and unreliable. Customer service won't return messages or communicate at all.

We had an draining issue on our back yard and called them to come out and give us a bid to fix it. First of all, they showed up 2 weeks later than we agreed on with no communication. I get other project run over, but they should've let us know.

Then they started the job and for some unknown reason send the morning digging a trench win the wrong area. When I got home and correct them, the had to start over. They finally "finished" the job, but i got stuck paying for the extra labor because of their screw up.

They promised me free winterization and overseeing in the fall. Of course they did neither. I called and emailed and finally the day before the freeze, they responded back saying they were sorry, the original guy never communicated that back to the office and they would come out the next day and shut down our system and oversees in the spring. They cam back out the next day, shut our system down, but never did come out and do the overseeding. Even after a few emails..

Now fast forward 18 months later. Our drainage issue is back, so essentially they did nothing and again won't respond to any emails. I even sent a hail mary SOS to the owen before my sons grad party, but not one word back.

There are so many local options out there, trust me they'll all be better than CB Services.

We had a new home built in Dayton, MN and moved into our home March 1st. We were told that they would be installing our sod and landscaping in June. We realize that we had a wet spring but we ended up waiting until mid September for the work to get started. We never did get trees put in the right place and seems like no one knew what they were doing. Called this week about the sprinkler system and no one has called back. Had to get another company to come out and take care of our problem. I own a business and take care of my customers. Would not recommend their work or getting work done in a timely manner.

Just relocated from out of state and did a google search for a landscape company as I needed mowing, maintenance and future landscaping. Took a chance on them and am so glad I did. From the initial interactions with the office staff to the crews, they have all far exceeded my expectations. I have never had new sod or an irrigation system in my former homes so there was a learning curve. Justin has been so thorough in educating me and has checked in repeatedly to make sure things were going well and to see if I had questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Craig was the gentleman that came out. He went around and checked every zone and made the necessary tweaks. He was educated and showed me what he was doing/had done. Very satisfied with the service. Will definitely contact them again for sprinkler start ups/inspections.

The technician was very friendly and quickly adjusted and moved our sprinkler heads to provide adequate watering around our new landscaping that had just been installed. He talked me through the changes he was making to ensure that I was in agreement and also let me know about future adjustments we may want to make if the changes didn't meet our needs.

As a property manager it has been great working with CB Services, they are responsive and quick to get extra requests done. There have been no complaints about the lawn care at the Association which makes my job easier as well.

We had a all around great experience with CB Services doing our landscaping, and would recommend them to anyone thinking of having that kind of work being done at their home.
Nate and Alex both showed up at our house everyday with great attitudes and were both professional and hard workers making sure our yard needs were being met.
