I reached out to CB in dire need of a winterization after my regular service was book for the entire year. What a pleasant surprise to get quick responses from them and access to their portal. I love being able to see what services I have had performed and schedule services online.

Add to it, the regular reminders of the upcoming appointment and a suggestion to cover my backflow valve during cold nights. That made me feel like they really wanted my system performing it's best.

The day of the service was done very professionally and promptly.

Every step of my relationship with them has been top notch so far. I think they won a convert.

I had 10 dogwood plants installed for privacy, and had 2 trees removed and stumps grinded in my backyard. They were able to complete the work a week earlier than scheduled which was a nice surprise. By the time I arrived home, the work was completed and everything was cleaned up.

The crew did a fantastic job. Nick called me to confirm certain aspects of the job to ensure everything went smoothly. I will be using them again for future landscaping projects.

After our new sod turned into a monstrous forest for six weeks, we decided it was best to hire a company to come out and take care of the first cut. After being turned away by a few places because they wanted to sign us up for ongoing service, we found CB Services. The rep my husband spoke to was great and didn't try to push for a long-term contract. Instead they scheduled us for a couple initial cuts to get the sod down to a manageable level. The crew came out as scheduled and did a great job time. Prices were right in line with competitors and we received no pressuring sales pitch, which was refreshing.

Glad I reached out to CB Services to resolve my sprinkler head issue. They were extremely prompt in getting back to me, letting me know how things could go, and giving me a quote. The technicians that came out were extremely professional and polite, and definitely knew what they were doing. Will definitely use CB Services again in the future.

I had a great experience with CB Services. Tony called before he came over, listened to my sprinkler issues, and quickly completed the punctured line fix and sprinkler head adjustments. CB Services was able to come out one week after I inquired about an appointment so that was also fast. Will recommend them to others in the area.

I just started my service with CB, but so far I'm a fan. It was really great not to have to clean it piles of leaves and yuck under the thawing snow. They were thorough with winter cleanup so the spring cleanup was quick.
They just finished the spring fertilizer treatment. They were mindful of my dog and called to let me know they were coming so I could make sure he was inside. And they have been responsive to my questions and comments. I'm a fan.

CB Services did our snow removal and this was the first of the season snowfall. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they were super prompt and completed the job well before 7 a.m. and before anyone had to leave our house. They did a very thorough job and even went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I’d highly recommend them!

We've been in our home since July of 2021 and have used CB Services to tune-up, winterize, and start up our irrigation system. Each time the technician was on time, thorough in his work and incredibly helpful in teaching us the ins-and-outs of our system.

We had to reschedule one of the appointments due to the arrival of our baby and when the tech showed up he went above and beyond making sure he was quiet at the front door, which meant a lot.

We'll continue to use CB and refer them to anyone we know who is looking for a lawn care/irrigation system provider!

Had CB Services install a new irrigation controller this summer. They did a great job and were very thorough…even adjusted my sprinkler head directions. Highly recommended!

CB Services just did a large landscaping job for me that has turned out fabulous. They replaced all the vinyl edging around our home with beautiful stone. Removed an old patio that was sunken by our foundation. Added new beds where that patio was, as well as a new beautiful patio with fire pit. They also spruced up our existing beds and will be adding plants in the spring.

They have been a pleasure to work with. Great communication, easy respond to changes, and honest about the costs of different options.

I've used CB Services for a variety of services at my home: repairs to, updating & servicing irrigation system, lawn mowing, and retaining wall re-build. They have always done a great job. They have always given accurate quotes and done quality work. The pricing is fair for the work done. They've always arrived as scheduled and have been friendly, informative, effective and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

My wife had concerns as they sprayed weed killer around our 1 year old daughter’s toys. They didn’t communicate times they were coming and said weather permitting they would come on a certain day. No texts that they are on way for service. Only knew they were spraying as I saw the guy spraying by daughters toys out the window. Wife called them and this one lady was rude and didn’t understand frustrations about safety and spraying children’s toys out in yard. Then they texted to talk to manager after lady was rude my wife called the manager and turns out it was the lady’s husband. I’m not sure how that is okay and not a conflict of interest and Nick was also rude to my wife and didn’t express any concern regarding safety. Furthermore the weed killer didn’t work or they didn’t even spray where we wanted them to. You’d think they would have communication asking where we want them to spray and let us show them or knock on door and let us know before they started as a common courtesy. 0 communication about everything, extremely rude. Would not recommend. Update 3 weeks later: The spray they used didn’t even work on the Canadian thistles as they promised it would as they are everywhere in our yard still. Imagine paying $80 to get disrespected by husband and wife employees, we saw them spray right by our toddlers toys outside and their product didn’t even work!

I have been using CB Services for maintenance, irrigation, and landscape projects. They have been communicative, punctual, and easy to work with. The quality of their work has always been top notch. I have used other companies, and had to coach them into doing a quality job or call them back to complete the work agreed upon. CB Services has always met my expectations without me saying a word, and been a great partner. Cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in need of outdoor services.

I was looking for a new lawn and irrigation landscape company and decided to try CB Services. I wasn't disappointed. The first service that I used was for irrigation system spring start up. Tony arrived promptly and provided outstanding service. He was very detailed and took the time to provide helpful information. Answered all my questions and even provided information on things I hadn't even thought to ask about. Many good suggestions. He really made sure everything was working perfectly - left no stone unturned. Looking forward to using more CB services in the future.

For many years we have had CB Services come out for our irrigation services (repairs, blowouts, etc.) and they have been terrific. Attention to detail and overall responsiveness has been top notch. More recently, we moved into a new construction home and had CB Services come out and complete our landscaping. From the initial design consultation to care and planning by the crew when onsite, we could not be happier. The office staff is very responsive and manages all communications, including setting up appointments, reminders, and billing. A nice suprise - the owner reaches out via text to follow up. Overall a great experience.

They are very quick to respond to open tickets and requests. Their customer portal is intuitive, easy to navigate and easy to open a ticket or schedule services.

Personal interactions with the office staff have been wonderful when there are questions. They do their absolute best to accommodate scheduling needs.
