CB did an amazing job on our landscaping. Very polite, professional, and reasonably priced. They did a great job and were fast, finished a huge job in 2.5 days. Could not be happier with their service or the outcome of our project. Transformed our backyard. Highly recommend!

Used for a couple years for lawn treatment. The lawn care was pretty good, and price was better than others like TruGreen. Communication and customer service was not the greatest. When scheduled services were cancelled, there was no communication as to why. I had a late-season scheduled service cancelled without any contact other than to say it was cancelled and would be rescheduled. This happened several times, and it ultimately never happened as it got too late in the year. When I reached out the following year about this, they refused to provide a refund for the service that I paid for but did not receive, because I didn't ask about it during that same year. They also did not express any willingness in trying to make it right by applying a credit/discount on the upcoming services. Turned out it was being cancelled because there were fall leaves on the lawn, which were low on my priority list at the time due to a 9 months pregnant wife, and then a newborn with some health complications. Had I been told this was why the services were cancelled, I would have made it a higher priority.

We have used CB for almost 20 years. They expertly installed our sprinkler system in 2006 and have maintained it since then. They always respond in a timely manner to our requests for help and always seem to get to the root of our issue. I would highly recommend using CB.

Two Rivers is taking on our turf management including Spring/Fall cleanups. Daniel coordinates timing of dethatching and aeration with the company that does our weed and feed.
