I was very pleased with the service provided by Joey. He was on time, respectful, told me what he was doing, and explained everything after he was done.

Really happy with Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning. Totally brought my house to the stone age to 2025.
The install team Ryan and Caden did a phenomenal job, it looks like a million bucks and they went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure we were good before heading out! Absolute professionals on every sense.
Also great Pricing Chris was awesome in coming in, and making sure we would have the right/best system for our home and needs.
Steller job, Thank You -
Very professional install. Installers were all very nice gentleman and did an excellent job on install and cleanup. Also did a real good job of explaining what they did and how to maintain in future.

Joey has helped us a couple of times now with our furnace and we’ve had a great experience both times! Very knowledgeable and professional. Would absolutely recommend advanced heating & air!

These folks are the best - they communicate extremely well, are prompt and work efficiently, and they make great use of technology to help make things clear, organized and continuous with past and future visits. I originally hired them because they’re local to Maple Grove and they quoted a fair price/fast install on an AC replacement over the summer…I’ll keep hiring them because they’re the best at what they do, and it shows.

Of course it was the 2nd coldest night of the year when my old furnace decided to become temperamental. I selected Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning after doing a Google search of local repair options - and boy, did I get lucky! Joey arrived to do my emergency service; he was prompt, polite, and oh so knowledgable! He had us up and running in no time, and will continue to take care of us in the future. Who would have thought that a broken furnace at -20 below could end up being a blessing in disguise. Thank you, Joey!

I had Jon S. out to my house to look at a boiler system for a radiant floor heating system. He did not seem to be prepared for the visit, nor did he seem to know much about the system. I'll explain everything below.
For one, he didn't even notice my system does not have a pressure gauge. I would imagine nearly every system does or is supposed to, but for whatever reason, mine does not. He thus never checked the pressure on the system. He also did not check the glycol levels of the fluid as I was told on the phone he would do. I forgot to ask him specifically about the pressure, so that's partially on me, but I assumed he would address it in his "checkup". And he straight up told me he couldn't check the glycol levels because he never even brought the equipment.
At one point early on, he was attempting to read the carbon monoxide in the exhaust, but had left the equipment in his car overnight. It did not work, and after drilling a hole in my exhaust system to get the reading, he tried it several times after blowing into the tubing of his equipment to get it to warm up (thus putting a bunch of humidity from his breath into the chamber, probably making it not work even longer). Then, he sealed up the hole without getting a reading and I had to ask him later what the reading was, and he had to dig out the wet silicone to do it again. The printer printed numbers that weren't even legible, but he did show me the reading on the machine (not sure how accurate with his freezing equipment that wasn't working earlier, though, especially if the silicone was touching the reading tip and its fumes were being sucked in).
The worst part was this: My fluid lines are transparent and you can actually see the reddish fluid in them (due to glycol). I pointed out a large air bubble in the system (very evident by the clear/whitish color where the fluid was lacking, and you could see the fluid filling and splashing in the line). He tried to convince me that it wasn't air, it was just an area in the line where the glycol was not mixed with the water or it was un-mixing in that area for some reason. He was adamant this was the case, and I explained that that was extremely illogical and there is no possible way the fluid can "un-mix" in that area and then go back to normal mix and red color elsewhere. You could also see the large pocket of air moving, which was another clue it wasn't what he said. I seemed to know more about the system than him, unfortunately. There is one more thing that was dumb and didn't make sense either (below).
He was talking on the phone to another employee of the company (after I convinced him it was air in the system), and he was being instructed to try to get the bubble to move in a few ways. At one point, he went to the garage and shut off all the return lines while leaving the supply lines open while the system was running. Not only does this make zero sense (fluid can't move if the return lines are all closed), but it probably increased the pressure significantly in the system for the minute or two while the returns were all closed and the pump was actively pumping fluid into the floor lines in the garage. I am hoping this didn't cause a break or leak, as I did hear gurgling and see a bunch of bubbles coming up the return line later after he left (I had not seen any bubbles or issues in the garage before).
So in summary:
1. Didn't do the things I was told he would do (check pressure to know if fluid needed, check glycol levels)
2. Poor preparedness for the visit (frozen equipment, and then trying to heat it up with breath, and then moving on and forgetting he didn't get a reading until I reminded him)
3. Illogical comments and trying to convince me of something impossible (fluid un-mixing in just a small stretch of tubing)
4. Stressing the system by trying something that makes no sense to get the air to move
It seems the visit was a waste of money and also might have damaged something trying to move the air in the system. And nothing was actually fixed or tuned up in any way. -
Joey was amazing. Very courteous and friendly. I scheduled a tuneup for our gas furnace. He walked me through what he was doing and why. He also took the time to explain the difference between a tuneup and maintenance, and the role of both to ensure the maximum life of our unit. He was very open to discussing other generic questions regarding HVAC, ductwork, and ventilation for our 48 year old home. We took the opportunity to enroll in their monthly maintenance membership program. By taking care of their customers, Advanced prefers to establish long term relationships, earn loyalty and remain a trusted business partner for life. We look forward to having Joey out again in 6 months to take care of our AC also!

After a “tune up” from another company which ended with their tech telling me that my system was broken and dangerous and I needed to spend $10K on a new furnace. I called Advanced for a second opinion. The Advanced tech analyzed my furnace and found that although it is aging, it is not failing and just needs maintenance to extend its life. The readings for CO were very low comparable to a new furnace. He was very informative, helpful and honest in my opinion. I will call them in the future for my HVAC needs.

Joey was our technician. He sent a text when he was on his way and showed up shortly after. We explained the issue, he explained a few things including what he was going to do, and went to work. After awhile he explained what he had done, what was going on, and gave us some options. He was so nice and so helpful. It is very refreshing to see someone on the younger side that cares, treats you with respect, listens to you, and explains things without making you feel like an idiot. He took his time and made us feel like he was there for us. I would highly recommend Advanced and Joey for sure. We are not being paid or pressured to leave this review either.

Couldn’t recommend more! Chris came out to provide me an estimate for a new furnace, he gave me a couple options within my price range and helped me select the best unit for my home.
I was able to get on the calendar immediately, Ryan showed up on time, super friendly, professional and explained everything to me. He got the job done quickly and it all turned out great!
Easiest and most stress free process I could have asked for! -
Chris and Jon were amazing. The furnace suddenly stopped working in the middle of winter and someone was out within a 24 hour period during the busy season. They were very prompt and professional, and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful guys. Have had two very helpful, honest technicians come to my house for both furnace and ac problems. Explain the problem in ways that I can understand. No pressure. Respectful. Highly recommend this business. Also, great office staff—responsive and friendly. Quick response which is what you need when it’s freezing outside and getting colder and colder inside!

Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning is simply the best! From amazing customer service when calling the office to fast call backs on late Sunday night calls for service all the way through to the amazing technicians. Fast, quality, reliable are all ways I describe their services. I’m normally not someone who buys a “maint program contract” but after using their services for 4 years to test the waters I now am a proud platinum member. Joey and Jon are the best! Thank you for giving my family and I the peace of mind in our HVAC equipment.

Chris and team did a great job working with me on my installation. I had an old furnace from 1989 and they were transparent on the installation process and worked with me on some of the details regarding the location of the combustion air line and inlets/outlets. Pricing was also competitive for a high-efficiency w/ a stainless steel heat exchanger. Again, good job to Chris and his team, they knocked it out of the park.
