Joe is professional and very knowledgeable. He came out to help us right when we contacted him and was willing to work within our short timeframe for replacement of our furnace. Scheduled same day tune up appt. Did a fantastic job with the furnace, found/fixed some issues left by previous companies who have been out and were great to work with. Highly recommended!

Called in a pinch as our furnace went out in sub zero temps. At 11PM we got someone out within 20 minutes to our home to fix the issue. Professional, prompt and affordable. We will certainly be using Top Tech again and would recommend to anyone!

Our AC unit went out in one of the early 90+% days this spring. We went through several other companies before giving Top Tech a call - they should have been our first call. Our unit went down at night, and the house was at least 78 degrees. We called Top Tech around 9:15, and they were here in less than 30 minutes. They diagnosed the issue within minutes and had our AC back running maybe 10 minutes after that. On top of all of that, the cost was shockingly reasonable. Really and truly, Top Tech will get our business again, and they'll be our first call if we have any AC issues in the future. I can't say enough positive things. These folks are excellent.

Joe and his crew installed a new furnace to replace a 17 year old one that the circuit board had failed. Joe was very patient and talked us thru the various options. At no time did he try to upsell or push us to buy one brand over another. His pricing was comparable or cheaper than others we received. We will be calling Top Tech again for our HVAC needs.

VERY efficient!..... I called about an appointment for a new Central Air Unite. I had an appointment for an estimate, and a new unite installed in less then a week!.... they were not pushy about a sale as we already knew how much we could spend. they laid out the options available and we made a decision on what would work for us..that was it. they arrived a few days later and had it installed in a few hours...they were so efficient we were able to turn it on and enjoy our new unit before it even had a chance to get really hot outside! it was 90° that day... I can't recommend them enough!..... +A from me and my wife!

Our AC unit went out and the original installation company could not schedule an appointment for 10 days. I called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning at 9 am and the had a tech show up promptly at noon and serviced my AC unit in less than 45 min.

Advanced did a furnace inspection for a rental. They responded quickly and gave honest answers on the condition. They had the correct paperwork for the city and completed the form. Very professional.

Called them with a problem with my furnace leaking water and they were at my house in 20 minutes. Problem was fixed in 1 hour from the time I called them. Thought I needed a new furnace but they fixed everything for under $500. Highly recommend

Everyone was awesome, including the receptionist. They made a client for life and I highly recommend them. Because they are a smaller company starting out, you get the white glove service without the white glove price. I love it when you call a place and they remember your first name.

Customer for life! I generally don't write reviews but this one is well deserved. Rena (dispatch), Jon (tech.) and Thor (Sr. tech.) took care of business. Rena was incredibly quick and responsive regardless of the call time. Although I had a doozy of an issue with my furnace, Jon and Thor pulled through and heat restored. I'm very happy I didn't call a different company. Great value, service and people.

Kevin and Josh were very knowledgeable, efficient, and did me a great job. They were also very helpful. I have used Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning several times and always been happy with them.

A/C went out on a hot muggy day, and Jon was able to come out same day to evaluate and replace some fuses.
