We are very pleased we called Comfort Matters. We needed two furnaces and an a/c. Bruce the salesman come out and walked us thru our options and time frame. The crew they sent out, "Drew" and "Caden" were top notch. In two days we had a beautiful new system at a great price and great service. They did a great job from start to finish and i would highly recommend using them.

We had Lyndon out to do furnace tune up for us. He was incredibly thorough, and not only showed me the exact spots that were potential concerns. But made sure to explain how each part works and what they are responsible for. I understood everything and he was incredibly respectful and kind. We've had a half dozen plumbing and heating companies over the 20 years we've been in our home, but never stayed with one that we felt was heads above another .... until now. Recently had Comfort Matters out for some furnace repair and they really impressed. Not only did they come out the same day of my call, the tech was courteous, professional, explained things in a way the average guy (me) could understand and was very thorough in the repair. I've been with H&C2 for over 20 yr and 2 houses. They are the best. Last year I had my whole system (Heating, AC, thermostats, etc) replaced; they were $6000 less than the nearest competitor for the exact equipment. I was just being proactive because of the age so I had plenty of time to research and get bids. Always courteous and everything you want in customer service.

Great salesman, great installers, great product. The salesman explained everything quickly, no pressure, just information. The installers worked with heads down for eight hours straight. My old HVAC was 30 years old so installation was a little involved with new vents and adapting water heater vents. After installation, all was explained to me and help given with programming the thermostat. Pilot lights on water heater and fireplace were relit and installers were on their way. The AC is very quiet and seems to be very efficient. I can’t wait to see my bill. City inspectors spent five minutes looking at installation so everything must have been perfect. They are responsive, thorough and their technician is very knowledgeable! For 10 years our humidifier has been incorrectly installed and for their first visit Brandon pointed it out! We’ve had leaks every year as a result! Brandon fixed the result and the humidifier is working properly! Finally! Would recommend these guys 💯

Heating and Cooling 2 installed a new furnace, AC unit, humidifier and water heater. They did good job installing all the equipment and there is only 1 minor issue (bad solder joint) at the water heater. They come out the next day to put a new coupling pipe to fix the bad solder joint. We are very happy with everything.

We have Heating and Cooling 2 annual contract service and they came out and check all the equipment yesterday. The technician was very courteous and thorough.

Heating and Cooling 2 did our AC maintenance last week. The technician changed the air filter, checked all the AC equipment, and cleaned the condenser coil. He is very nice and we are happy with the service.

We bought our house recently. The house has a fairly complicated heating system. It was going to be our first MN winter so we wanted to make sure the heat was going to work. Between our inspector and two other hvac companies that we had out, we were getting all sorts of mixed messaging, all the way from the boiler was toast and needed to be replaced entirely to it was perfectly fine and we didn’t even need to bleed the radiators because that would happen automatically. None of this seemed right but what do we know? Then last week the heater stopped working on the first floor. Really problematic timing given the cold spell. My hairdresser actually recommended these guys so we had them out. Braeden came out and he was excellent. Took time to show us exactly what was wrong and how he knew what the issue was in a way that made sense to me. Had all the parts that we needed in the truck. Price was reasonable. Even bled the radiators for free. For the first time since we bought the house we are finally completely comfortable with the heating system. We will definitely be using Heating and Cooling Two for all our heating and cooling needs in the future. Recommend you do the same.

Each and every employee has been professional and knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my homeowner questions. The office staff is courteous and friendly in answering the calls and scheduling service. I can't imagine any area they need to improve in.

Technition Brandon came to my house to service my furnace and radiant heating boiler system. A very friendly and professional person who was thorough and careful at the same time. I am delighted with his care and service. He took the time to explain how my heating equipment works.

The company installed 7 years ago entire new contemporary radiator heating system and mini splits for air conditioning in our extensively renovated home. Since then, they are also providing yearly maintenance. We could not be more happy with all the services. And all their staff is knowledgeable, respectful and just wonderful to work with. My sales person was very knowledgeable and explained all options to me and gave me recommendations on what would be best for my situation. He was very thorough and the estimate he gave me was better than other companies. I appreciate the fact that it was not an uncomfortable experience as I had with other pushy salespeople with other HVAC companies.

My installer was prompt, friendly, and explained in detail what he would be doing during the installation. He too was extremely knowledgeable and my place was cleaned thoroughly after installation. When finished, he demonstrated programming my thermostat. He also informed me about rebates, warranties, maintenance, and keeping debris away from air conditioning unit.
