There were no surprise costs, and flat rate for our 5000 sq ft home with forced-air furnace. Highly recommend!

Really fantastic and thorough work. Kris is very nice to interact with. We had all of the ducts (vents and returns) cleaned. Very professional. Very careful and considerate.

A lot of places charge too much or do a bait and switch. These folks tell you the cost on the phone and exactly what each service level involves. If you have a 3000 sq ft home, you shouldn't be paying any more than $300-400 to have a good job done. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Dover Heating & Air Conditioning. They have always been very painstaking in their inspections and cleaning of both my A/C and furnace. (I watch Alex as he works.). They have never tried to oversell or force anything I didn’t need. Hats off for their honesty and the quality of gadgets that they sell and install.
