Kris was lovely! He was informative and worked quickly. He was not judgmental that our dryer ducts and air exchange had not been cleaned, and he could have been! He also pointed out a second vent we need to open in all our vents, which has been a game changer for one of our bedrooms that never seemed to regulate the temperature well. I will absolutely use the company again.

He did a great job, showed up right at the scheduled time, communicated the process clearly, and gave me some good advice to maintaining the vents between cleanings. Called to get a heating flue cleaned out and they were really knowledgeable and scheduled a next day service. The technician that did the job was very thorough and explaining what he did and what they found. Reasonable prices.

Did a great job cleaning out the vents! The only hiccup is that our furnace was left off and so we got pretty chilly throughout the evening since we didn't realize it was off.

I signed up for the basic-least expensive service. I was on the fence about doing this but it's been 7 years since we built our house, and I was curious enough to spend the $ to see what the service revealed. The process for making the appt and showing up to do the work was good. The cleaning revealed that there was moderate particles, dust and dirt in the ducts. I'm satisfied that I decided to do this and happy with the overall service. I did suggest that TCFC figure out how to show me the homeowner, what actually came out of the duct work, rather than commingling the stuff into a bag that contained other home owner's stuff. Steve

I've used these guys in the past and was happy with their service so finally picked them back up again for another cleaning. The tech just helped himself to a bedroom without even asking because it was easier to get on the roof. That's fine, but where is the customer service to ASK before just going into a bedroom at 8:30am? Please don't wander my house looking for something, be an adult and have a conversation first-it's beyond violating.

We were experiencing very poor air quality in the home, which felt stuffy and heavy. We had to constantly replace air filters and frequently encountered dust on items. We looked around and read many reviews. We decided to contact Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. They did not answer the phone right away but I received a call very quickly. I explained the situation and how we have some allergies, and they took the time to listen and go over all the details. They then recommended Steve who is the go-to guy when it comes to allergies as well as other things related. We set up an appointment with Steve, and Steve arrived early.

He set up his equipment and was very mindful about making a mess as well as getting things dirty and wet. He took his time to explain as well as show me what was going on and answer all my questions. Because of allergies Steve took his time and made sure each vent was cleaned as best as possible. The things I saw in the ductwork were scary, which had built up over the years of this property.

After he was done, we swapped the air filter and within 20 minutes of running, I could smell the difference in the air. The air felt lighter and did not have a heavy feel. Also, my air purifiers were not reading off the charts anymore.

Steve did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him as well as Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. I ended up getting their Ultimate cleaning or whatever the highest one was, and compared to other places, it was cheap. The price you pay for what you get is a bargain. It ended up being $541.00 with tax and worth every penny.

The 3rd time they have cleaned my furnace and it’s been the same great technician every time, and that speaks to being a good company to work for. Chris does a great job and provides good information on what he finds or recommends! They reward customer loyalty and have been very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
