I highly recommend Comfort Matters Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. While away in Florida, out furnace went out. I called Comfort Matters and they were able to service it the same day. They went over and beyond my expectations. Initially, a part that was needed to connect out thermostats to WiFi was going to take a week to secure, but the service manager, Jordan lilland, able to find one that same day. They sent out the same wonderful tech Eric Vang and he did the job seamlessly and in good time. This was our first time using them and they won our business because we signed up for their service plan too.

Joe and Brandon were great! They installed a new furnace, heat pump, and AC system for us in one day. Very professional service and walked us through the new system to make sure we were comfortable before they left. Thank you for taking care of us!

Eric Vang was at our house. He was on time, pleasant, and informative. He didn’t pressure us to make any unnecessary purchases but gave us our options thoroughly and helped with his professional opinion. We don’t have extensive experience with Comfort Matters, but if the other folks working with customers are anything like Eric, they’re really doing something right. Highly recommend.

John was amazing. He took the time to explain all of my options in regards to my furnace and air conditioning. He inspected the furnace and vents to make sure everything is in working condition. There was no pressure to do anything more at this time but he was very honest about what should be done in the future due to the age of my furnace. I will definitely hire Comfort Matters again and I’ll ask for John!!!

Jon was ontime, courteous, clean, and professional. After performing the maintenance check on my furnace, he reviewed with me all the essential components and how well they were working. For areas that needed some attention, he recommended options that I might consider to resolve the issues. He also checked my circuit breaker box to ensure it could handle any upgrades to my system I might be considering. I appreciated his time, professionalism, and expertise.

I had a wonderful maintenance experience with Travis R. He was very friendly and professional. He shared his knowledge and concerns with our unit so I could understand. He didn't add any pressure to my decision either which i appreciated.

It started out with yearly maintenance. We had worked with Lyndon when we replaced our AC unit and he was the maintenance tech that inspected our furnace. Our furnace was twenty-one years old this year and I had noticed some combustion issues with it. Lyndon did testing and found that our furnace wasn't exhausting CO due to age and corrosion issues with our heat exchanger in the furnace. I was skeptical at first thinking he just want to sell us a furnace, but he showed me the readings. The CO readings should rise to 100ppm and then when the exhaust fan kicks in it should drop to 50ppm. Ours started at 50 and topped out at 950ppm. The safety threshold is 400ppm, anything greater and the furnace is "red tagged" and condemned. That kind of CO could travel into the ducts and throughout the house. Because we are members of the their Sunshine Club, we received the maintenance call, prioritization of replacement and discount on purchase of new equipment.
It took about fourty-eight hours for the installation crew to arrive. Brady arrived first, then Joe. The install was a little complex because we were changing to a high efficiency furnace so we needed PVC run and intake ducting replaced, and all done with a furnace that was surrounded by three walls, so not much space to maneuver. Nick and Mitchell showed up to help with all the details when the day started to get late. All told it took about seven hours from start to finish. By the time they left, we had a new furnace, larger intake, and better filter. The financing was super easy and the cost of the different options for replacement was clear.
We had a great conversation with Lyndon about what would work best for us and we never felt pressured to buy things we didn't need. Comfort Matters takes care of the entire process from start to finish. So while we weren't happy about having to buy a new furnace, Comfort Matters made the entire process simple and answered all of my questions before and during the process.
We are pleased with our purchase and hope this is our next twenty year furnace.

We are very happy with our membership with Comfort Matters and how easy they have made things for us over the last few years in a new house and replacement of the HVAC system.

I have been blessed to buy a new home and Comfort matters just put in a new unit for me. Looks great--When my shop heater went out I called them again--They sent Jaydn out to fix the unit--Jaydn did a great job. If your getting your heating or air that is not working correctly ask for Jaydn.

Lyndon Yang was here within 35 minutes from my calling Comfort Matters on a Friday night! Our furnace was not working and it was cold. After servicing our furnace, even calling the manufacturer, our furnace is working. Lyndon came upstairs and thoroughly explained the problem and how he repaired it. He was very professional, kind and understanding. I was very impressed with Lyndon! Thankful he came out immediately!
