The technician showed up early for our service call. He was courteous and professional and answered a few questions. He then went to work on the furnace and humidifier and completed the job in about an hour. He reported that there were no issues, completed the billing and was on his way. Very efficient and helpful person.

The technician who came was timely and highly skilled. He identified the issue we were having with our furnace and explained the process to get specific data for the future. He installed a new thermostat and took time to explain the new features. I was impressed with the quality of his work, thorough explanations, and integrity. When he noticed maintenance protocols that we had not been doing, he explained best practice going forward. Five of five stars for us!

Heating and cooling did not install our geo thermal system and therefore we have had numerous issues. From the estimate process to replacement of our furnace and a/c, I had a great experience with H&C2. I really appreciated the approach my sales rep (Mike S.) took - the in-home estimate did not include us sitting down and going over a bunch of random questions and then checking out my current setup. Instead he wanted to get right downstairs to the furnace and was able to take measurements while discussing the process and our options while asking and answering questions. Later that day he provided three very clear, detailed quotes (not just totals for good/better/best) that showed different options. I knew buying a replacement furnace and a/c wouldn't be cheap, but felt their pricing was fair. And just as importantly, I feel confident that they'll stand behind their work and product. The install team was courteous, clean, and explained everything they did. Highly recommend.

My A/C went out. I was able to schedule a replacement within a few days with HC2. The technician was on time, very thorough, neat, and helpful explaining the system after it had been installed. The cost was reasonable and they submitted the paper work for an energy rebate from Excel. I am a very satisfied customer.

H&C2 replied right away, sent out technicians to find the problem,
and even did everything at NC where possible. They said call again if ever a problem comes up. Very professional, timely and nice. I am definitely giving their name to friends and family!

Their technician, Logan, was very friendly and efficient. He did a thorough check of my A/C system and found a capacitor that was on the verge of failure. He replaced the part quickly and I'm ready for the summer season. Great service. Highly recommended.

When our original 28-year old water heaters started leaking, I placed an after-hours call to HC2. They called me back that evening, gave us a great quote the next day, and installed a new tankless system the day after that. They previously installed our Heating/AC system, and we've been very pleased with their work and support. Great company, great people all around: sales, installation, office staff. everyone I ever have worked with.

Very unhappy with the how they run their business/ service calls. After spending over $20k in a brand new AC/ heat pump unit about 2 years we needed to call out for service as it stopped running. The service tech came out and only flipped the breaker. This reset the system and it was working again. I disappointedly was asked to pay the $125 service fee for them to come out for the <10 minute job. I have no probably paying them for coming out, however I am local and would think as a “family owned” company they would be more reasonable all things considered.

Even though they installed the unit, I will NOT be calling them again and making sure to tell others not to as well.
