There was no heat in the house when we woke up so we called yesterday and Thor got here the very next morning early. Found out what the problem was but we didn’t want to put more money into our 23 yr old furnace. We opted to replace our 23 yr old furnace and he went over the different models and financing options for us. We qualified for 0% for 24 months. He was very thorough and when the office called back to confirm install date, they offered free use of some space heaters for a couple of days until the install date, we had our own, but it was a nice gesture! Thor is very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and honest. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.

The people at Advanced Heating were so helpful when my furnace stopped working in the middle of the day. I called them and they were out at my house in less than a hour. Joey was helpful explaining what needed to fixed and had the heat working again in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend if you run into heat issues like me

He was simply outstanding in pretty much every way and I can’t say enough just how good he was. I can only hope or wish that others could learn by his professionalism!!!

We had a furnace that failed on Sunday. They came out very quickly they gave us an estimate on Monday and Tuesday the furnace was installed. Everyone from the first contact, to the installers, to the fellow that came out and did the safety check were all great to work with. We will use them again as needed.

If you want fast service, accurate diagnosis, good prices, easy to understand detailed explanations Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning is the company to call? Upon recommendation of family member I called last summer when my air conditioning went out. Advanced technician replaced a part and gave great service. This winter when my furnace quit working I called them again. Response to my call could have been that evening or the next morning. The part needed wasn't available local. It was overnighted from the factory, and the technician came back and fixed it the next day. This company is great!

Second visit from Joey and he did a thorough job servicing our furnace. He also recommended a Respicare Micro Clean system and quad pro Ion plasma upgrade. After doing some research we gave it a try. The install was clean and quick! His explanation for replacing the filters was simple and I noticed a difference after a few hours. We always keep our house clean, but with our home being from the 1970s there was always a lingering "old" smell to it. Not to mention our toddler has allergy induced asthma. That smell went completely away after 6 hours and after a few days my son has coughed at all. I am very happy with there services. Pricing is more than fair. Lifetime customer here! Thanks again!
