Branden diagnosed and resolved our "no heat" issue quickly. He had the replacement part on his truck, and the furnace was back in operation in less than 30 minutes after his arrival! We appreciate his friendly, service-focused attitude. Kind of guy you would welcome as a neighbor.

The furnace went out on a Sunday. I left a message in their portal and got a call back at 7:30 a.m. Monday morning. Brandon came out a few hours later, quickly diagnosed the issue, and professionally answered all my miscellaneous questions about our HVAC system. He even repaired gas leaks and helped optimize the vent settings, which was above and beyond the initial request. He was flexible, extremely helpful, and took the time to make me feel at ease. I highly recommend H&C2, especially having tried two other local companies for similar problems that didn't provide much help.

Very professional and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Turned out my water heater also needed replacing and they had one shipped right to my door while installers were there doing my furnace and AC. Installers did a great job explaining how everything worked and what kind of routine maintenance needed to be done. Would highly recommend their services.

Got an estimate online, easily scheduled an appointment, and got a new water heater installed for exactly what was estimated. It's been working great for 2 months, no issues.

Heating and Cooling Two did a great job installing our new furnace and thermostat. Josh (The installer) took the time to explain how the new furnace worked and also showed how the new thermostat functions work. They were polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Had our furnace break down in some cold weather and it was not repairable. Called Heating and Cooling Twoand explained the problem. They told me over the phone what it would cost to put in a new furnace. Asked me to send them some pictures and had a quote back in a very short time. They also got me on the schedule and they were putting in the new furnace two days later. they did a great job. they were very neat and clean throughout the whole installation. the price was slightly less than I thought it would be. Great people to deal with every thing was just as they had quoted. I would highly recommend them for any or your heating and air conditioning needs.

I feel like the folks at Heating & Cooling Two really care about me. I have a complex system involving geothermal and a natural-gas-powered boiler, with multiple zones. They always come through. They've even taught me some tricks to do myself. They're very friendly and responsive -- both the guys who come out, and the people who take my calls to the office.
