Jaydn and Mitchell came out today to install a dehumidifier for our house. They were extremely professional and patient as they were bombarded with questions related to the setup and product. After the installation, Jaydn walked us through everything and every question and concern was addressed. They were really friendly and we are 100% satisfied with not only their crew but company as a whole.

We have used Comfort Matters for furnace and AC needs for several years and continue to be very happy. Lyndon was our technician today for our annual furnace tune up. He is a top notch technician and an asset to Comfort Matters.
Lyndon is very professional, a great communicator and has strong technical knowledge. When explaining options for an issue, he is very thorough in describing the problem and the various options to consider. He also didn’t pressure us to make a decision on the spot.

I had a very good experience with Comfort Matters. Chase came out and walked me through options. He was very nice. Answered my questions and was very quick to get back to me. Install crew were very nice as well. I don't know tons about HVAC, but the finished install looks good and you wouldn't have known they were even there after they left.

Comfort Matters was there when I needed them - a sub-zero day and the heater went out so I called and within 2 hours Eric showed up and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Excellent service from the phone call to schedule through Eric's courteous and professional service call. I highly recommend Comfort Matters!

Outstanding service from Linden Yang, he explained everything in detail from what was wrong with the system to all options that were available, he didn’t try to upsell when posed questions about the best system needed especially when you have a lot of dogs in the house. Very professional and easy going even having to put up with a group of rowdy dogs. I would highly recommend!

The crew was very friendly, cordial, and considerate not to mention professional, they got the job done in a reasonable time frame. They used tarps to keep my wood floors clean and unmarked. Jimmy was great to work with, very knowledgeable and explained my new water softner and water heater functions thoroughly.
I can't review the actual product for they were just installed. Time will tell if my choices were good.

Everyone I dealt with at Comfort Matters was extremely competent and customer oriented. They gave me the most responsive high efficiency furnace bid at the best price of five bids solicited. The owner, Cory followed up on my questions and made sure the bid addressed them. The installation crew was the best I have ever had for a major appliance purchase. Drew arrived exactly on time and ensured that all traffic areas were covered and protected. He and his assistant both knew exactly what needed to be done and explained everything I needed to know.

When my heat went out overnight on Sunday, I scheduled the first available appointment for Monday morning. Lyndon arrived promptly **before 8:00 AM**, which was already impressive. He carefully diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without ever seeming rushed. His professionalism, patience, and thoroughness truly stood out.

Just three hours later, my heat was fully restored. I couldn’t recommend Comfort Matters more — exceptional service from start to finish!

Had Cody out for a boiler system evaluation for radiant heating system that hadn't been maintained in a while and needed a few things. Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in discussion options and addressing needs for the system. Leagues better than another company I had out recently for the same thing....

John was great! He took the time to chat with my husband over the phone after already going over everything with me. Above and beyond expectations! He was here for a tune-up on our 25 year-old furnace. No surprise it needed some cleaning and had some issues. He was efficient, friendly and seemed very honest and down-to-earth. My husband said, "that guy was probably the best tech we've ever had in our home"

I am a first time customer at Comfort Matters. I called to have my furnace inspected before winter; yes I know winter is upon us now. To my surprise I was able to have a technician come out the very next week. Lyndon Yang arrived at my door with a smile on his face and ready to do the inspection. Lyndon was professional, knowledgeable, and educated me on everything with my furnace. He showed me the photos and explained the good and the bad. After the inspection, we talked about the pros and cons of fixing or replacing; there was no doubt in my mind that that I needed to replace the 27 year old furnace, air conditioner and water heater. This is where Lyndon listened to me and my situation. He took the time to evaluate everything and I am getting all new items NEXT WEEK , how about that for service! Everyone who I have had contact with has been friendly, patient, and understanding. I’m looking forward to the installation and hope they are as conscientious as Lyndon and the others I’ve dealt with. Great company. Competitively priced and very professional installers. You can't go wrong choosing Comfort Matters. The installers cleaned up the work area better than it was when they arrived. You couldn't tell they were even there. They were on time and finished the install in 4hrs. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I've been looking for a business like this for 3 years and am thrilled to find that this company is extremely helpful. They will be taking care of all the cleaning and checking and filters and just all the stuff I'm not good at as a homeowner. Travis came on time and did a very thorough cleaning and check up on all my HVAC systems. He explained everything and answered all my questions without treating me as a slow learner! He was patient and kind and I can't wait to recommend the company and Travis specifically to as many people as possible. I have also signed up for their "Sunshine Service" so they will come out automatically to take care of cleaning and maintenance. What a relief!

John came out and checked my furnace and found a few things that were wrong with it and had to red tag it due to safety. He made sure that I would be warm enough until the furnace could be replaced. I was given all of my options and chose my furnace model. They were even able to schedule next day installation. Drew was out the next morning and made sure everything was working safely.

We survived! At one point i had leggings under jeans, a turtlenck under a sweater, under a zip-up fleece jacket, socks, slippers, and a down winter

The new furnace is in and the house is toasty! We have a fancy new system with a heat pump, a super efficient air filter, and a thermostat that I can control with my phone! What will they think of next? We used a local company, Comfort Matters. We didn't get a bunch of estimates because we were in dire straits, freezing our tuchuses off. We had contact with several young people from start to finish: repair guy, estimator guy, duct cleaning guys, installers, electricians, supervisors...each and every one of them was competent, polite, helpful, and above all, kind. What a great experience! The system seems to be working, we should get rebates and credits, and lower energy bills too!

Thanks to friends and neighbors who offered help, space heaters and a place to stay if it got too bad (it didn't, with only the last night being below zero degrees Farenheit).
