Chris was wonderful. He checked everything out before starting and he went to work promptly while explaining everything he was going to do to me and my husband. When he was done, he let us know that everything was clean and there were no issues to be concerned about for the future. A clean vent is a safe vent. And, cleaning every few years saves money on heating and helps reduce furnace issues and repairs.

I am very pleased with the service I received. From the start, Roy was available to answer all of my many questions and set up service fairly quick. Kris showed up on time and provided answers to the rest of my many questions. He was happy to show me exactly what he was doing as he completed each task. He even provided additional resources for other things I needed done. Very friendly and efficient. 10 stars!

Setting up the appointment online was easy and convenient, and I knew exactly what I was going to pay. The tech Kris was knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and was cheerfully willing to work with me as I tried to keep my escape-artist cat out of his way. I was very impressed with the service and end result and would definitely recommend the company and use them again.

We used Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning to get our vents cleaned. I called around to multiple places and TCFC was by far the most knowledgeable when I called. Roy was great and answered all of my questions thoroughly when I called. Steve came and did the service and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He did a great job and was very professional! We will definitely be using TCFC again.

Kris is the gentleman from Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning that came to our house. He was prompt and thorough in his service. We had our dryer vent cleaned and it's been a few years since the last time we had this done. Kris had his hands full with this vent but he got it thoroughly cleaned out of all lint (and dog hair). He showed me the massive ball of lint that was plugging our dryer vent (the size of a basketball)!

Kris explained the procedure to me and what he had to do to clean the vent to "like new.' He even did some minor repair on some defective duct metal sticking up and impeding the lint from going out the vent. Bought an old house that had been remodeled and felt the ducts/returns may be pretty dirty as I was changing my furnace filter every 2 weeks. Also has a wood fireplace that wasn't sure the status of. Twin cities came on time, very professional, super nice and did a great job. Here is a before and after of one of my returns. I would absolutely use them again. The tech even got down and wiped up a spot on the floor before he left.

TCFC cleaned my furnace at a previous home and did and excellent job and I recently used them at a new home and they continue to do excellent work with great customer service. Technician arrived on time and ready to work and left home with no mess.

I picked this company because it was the only one I could find that I could see the pricing on-line, and book the service. It had great reviews. It was booked out a week and a half. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions regarding my furnance, and gave me tips on my A/C also. Great service! I will use them again.

I chose this company because they were one of the few who let me book online and see the full price without having to call in and get a sales pitch. They came out the next day and did a very thorough cleaning. The technician was great and very friendly and he didn't mind our dogs being around. The price we paid was actually a little less than the estimate so that was fantastic too! Highly recommend this company, don't waste your time calling others just to be sold a bunch of over-priced extras you probably don't need.

Would highly recommend! Just bought a home in south Minneapolis, and saw a promo online for duct cleaning. I did not even imagine the amount of build up that was removed. I attached photos of the new air filter I installed a couple days prior.

The gentleman was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He pointed out concerns he noticed and was extremely helpful. He went as far as to walk with me and showing and explaining to me what he was doing. Definitely worth the money!

First time home buyer, never used this service prior. Had a great experience! Kris did an excellent job cleaning the pounds of dust/lint/dirt in my furnace, air ducts and dryer vent. Apparently, the previous owner have never cleaned the systems. He gave me helpful tips on how manage maintenance. Definitely would recommend.
