We had our backup Sump Pump replaced. The technician that came to our house was fantastic and communicative. He answered all of our questions, helped us understand our options and worked with us to get what we needed in the home. The scheduling was quick and the work done quickly within a single afternoon. We will be returning customers for sure.

TJK Plumbing recently completed a number of projects in our 1948 home to bring our plumbing into the 21st century. These projects ranged from replacing and replumbing our old concrete laundry basin, replacing a leaky sillcock, two toilets, a bathroom faucet, and our main water valve. The quality of their work was excellent. We were treated respectfully and fairly: the price we paid for the work was the price we were quoted at the outset. However, what we appreciated the most was that Josh, Josh, and Matt worked long hours past dinnertime for two days to minimize the disruption in our household. They organized their work thoughtfully such that the time the water was shut off was kept to a minimum. They were courteous and answered all my questions both before the work began and as it progressed. Josh also pointed out additional work that we would need to do to meet code as we plan remodeling our kitchen and bathroom in the near future. We wouldn’t consider calling anyone else to do the plumbing for these projects. Five stars all the way!

Plumber Kyle did an outstanding job assessing our plumbing concerns and providing solid solutions for us. He explained things well, showed me pictures, & walked me through everything nicely. He gave us options and clearly explained the pricing of each service item. I’ve hired TJK plumbing in the past and continue to be a very satisfied customer. We had a new refrigerator delivered and quickly realized the existing water line and shutoff valve needed to be replaced before it would work properly. JP from TJK Plumbing was able to come out the same day, gave a fair and straightforward quote, and completed the work quickly.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, and he took the time to make sure everything was done correctly before he left. The whole process was easy and stress-free. I would absolutely call TJK Plumbing again and recommend JP without hesitation.

We have had the pleasure of working with TJK Plumbing for our water softener and water heater. When it came time to install a laundry tub my only call was to TJK Plumbing. JP was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came up with the solution for a problem with an overhead cabinet and even assisted my husband to remove it. My wife and I have been loyal customers of TJK Plumbing for many years, and experiences like this are precisely why.

Yesterday, a hose on our kitchen sink sprayer broke, soaking both of us unexpectedly. TJK Plumbing was able to come out first thing the very next morning. Not only did they quickly repair the faucet issue, but they also noticed that our water heater was leaking. They were able to replace it with a new water heater that carries a 12-year warranty, which made us very happy.

I mentioned that I had been unhappy with the shower head in our upstairs bathroom. Without hesitation, they replaced it at no cost for parts or labor. This isn't the first time TJK Plumbing has gone above and beyond for us, and it's one of the many reasons we truly value working with this company.

They are consistently professional, punctual, courteous, and always leave the work area clean. Josh and Dan, my hat's off to both of you for your outstanding service today.

I wouldn't consider using any other company than TJK Plumbing.

Wow! Super impressed with TJK. Our friend Nate is a plumber and had referred us to them bc it was an emergency and he was booked. Kyle came out and immediately found the leak. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He even took time to show me the issue and explain the problem. He even went above and beyond to test our water softener after he discovered our water is hard bc it hadn't been working properly.

Even though circumstances were not ideal with a pipe that had burst, Kyle made the process easy. I highly recommend TJK based off our positive experience with them!

I purchased carpet at a reasonable price and they handled the installation last November. The install was terrible! very poor workmanship.....I am disappointed. I have not yet shampooed it and I am afraid all the seams will come apart. I can see where the seams are and they did a patch job in my living room, which is coming up. I would not recommend having them install carpet for you.

My wife and I had a horrible experience here this past summer that involved a simple exterior door/storm door purchase/installation that took over 5 months due to various issues. However, I met with Lisa today about the issue and she did what she could to resolve it. We appreciate her and management for coming through with a solution to this problem!

Called for a quotation for a new furnace installed. Steve was there in a day. Provided three options and written quotations. During a phone call, he went over the features and benefits. Once we chose, the installation was scheduled and they had it done in about two hours. He followed-up after we had used the furnace to make sure we were happy. Honest and dependable!

Steve was the only person that answered the phone when my furnace went out. He was able to get to my house right away and diagnose the issue. He didn't have the part in his truck, but was able to procure the part and have the repair done in about an hour. He is professional and honest and I would recommend him to anyone. When we are ready to convert our stove to gas, I will be calling him for the job.

Horrible experience! My furnace wasn't working properly so my home warranty company sent Steve out to fix it. The first visit, he cleaned the sensor and declared the problem was fixed. Several days later, it wasn't working again. Steve came out again, this time saying it was the fan pressure gauge. He replaced that and again declared it was fixed. I asked him to double check anything else it could be, since I didn't want anything to be missed this time. He rudely dismissed my concern and refused to look at any other parts of the furnace, and said he was absolutely sure it was fixed. That very same night - it stopped working again! Needless to say, I had my home warranty company find a different company to send out after that. If you want someone to be rude to you and not address your concerns, call Steve. If you actually want your furnace to be fixed, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Could not be more thrilled with the service Steve provided. We used Aairgate's services through our home warranty when our A/C died. Steve was out first thing the next morning, and worked through until everything was working properly (even took time to travel and get part to make sure things would be fixed that day). He left his direct cell number and when I had follow up questions, he took the time to walk me through all the answers during off hours. We ran into another (unrelated) issue shortly after and he offered to come and fix it for a very reasonable charge. Would absolutely use again.

TERRIBLE! I had to spend extra money to have someone else come out due to my A/C being completely dirty. He charged me 200 dollars and stated that he cleaned it yet it just looked like Steve wiped it down. NEVER give him business. He should be out of business. I had another local company come out and they fixed my issue perfectly. Of course, charged me more than before because the tune up Steve performed was indeed so poorly done that the unit was very dirty. I called steve to try and ask him to come back out and fix the issue and HE SAID ONLY IF HE CAN CHARGE ME! So rude. So unprofessional. So lazy.

UPDATE AT BOTTOM:
I would have stuck with Steve, but he was so rude on the phone. We have not used our A/C and the previous owners had him come out to perform a tune up. It caused some sort of rattling with the A/C unit. I called him back and he was completely rude on the phone. I could careless to be charged, but the fact he talked down to me and was completely rude. I am just one person.. there is no way i would impact his business, but go locally somewhere else. So many better options out there.

UPDATE: He did not clean or tune-up the HVAC system. So, the Coil was completely covered with sheet rock (just bought the house and had him come out and clean it) ... we knew we wouldn't use the A/C for a little bit but wanted to make sure it was all clean before we did so this would not happen. Well, it happened... 470$ plus service charge to come out. Steve would not fix his mistake without charging us, so we wanted to go with a better source. I just want people to not have to spend extra money on their 2-year-old furnace like we had to because he did not do his job properly :)

SAVE YOUR MONEY... GO LOCALLY ELSEWHERE! Not worth your time, money, or sanity.

We've used Steve twice now in the 4 months we've been at this house. First time was to replace the blower fan on our furnace when it went out on a very hot day this summer and then again today to install a new gas line as we wanted to switch our dryer from electric to gas.

Both times Steve was over here quickly, and did the work very quick, very well and very reasonably priced! We'll definitely use him again when needed!

I was recommended to Steve by a plumbing company that earned my trust. Steve was immediately responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and passed up on many opportunities to upsell me on equipment that I didn’t need (I wanted to turn my house into a freezer after my A/C failed, and he recommended we start rationally smaller, and build up if needed - he was right!).. His prices were extremely fair, and the contractors he brought into my home were great guys. I’ve now used Steve on multiple occasions, and have recommended him to friends as well. He always takes the time to explain the issues and the repair options thoroughly. He saved me thousands, and the work he’s performed continues to hold strong.

After two no call no shows, I asked to speak to supervisor. They stated they can’t transfer cals but would have them call be back. NONE happened. What a joke! Don’t waste your time calling!

This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast. The furnace has never been this much efficient, Wow! I will use this company for other services in the future.
