Deans plumbing service is definitely #1. Their plumbers and technicians did an absolute wonderful job replacing all the plumbing in my house as well as updating the electrical. On day one, they had a technician and plumber come out and assess the situation. They did a wonderful job from replacing a kitchen sink, toilet, pipes that were leaking as well as the dryer vent. All at a reasonable price. Hats off to Brad for coming out and making sure everything was working properly. Brad you are a rock star and I appreciate everything that you have done. And it was a pleasure working with you and Deans team of professionals. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Thank you!

All I have to say is AMAZING 👏 AMAZING 👏 work, THANK YOU SO MUCH to HVAC technician Montaine, I wish there were more in the field like him! I had such a wonderful experience given to me by a knowledgeable young man. Montaine knew exactly what he was doing, he managed to get my furnace up and running quickly! I appreciated how he keeps a fully detailed note about what was done on record for both the customer and himself, having someone write down the changes they made rather than giving a brief explanation and leaving is very helpful when you have such a hectic life. I would definitely recommend Dean's and if you're lucky enough, Montaine might come out and fix yours too! :)

Eric was absolutely fantastic!!!

Courteous, professional, and very attentive to detail.

I had a pretty significant kitchen sink backup. Eric was very transparent with me explaining what the issue was and steps he was taking to resolve.

There were no surprises with costs either. Eric assessed symptoms and told me total costs up front before repairs were made. Again, very transparent.

I most certainly will use Dean’s Home Services and Eric in particular for future service needs.

Nick and the crew from Dean's were very knowledgable and efficient. They really cared about doing things properly. Nick was very helpful at providing as many cost reductions as possible for us. The crew went above and beyond and replaced sub- quality items done by previous vendors. The new water heater is fantastic. What a difference! As far as pricing, I am sure there were cheaper out there, but these guys at Dean's are worth it. Quality workmanship and service! I have peace of mind knowing things are done right and that they stand by their work!

I’ve had several Dean’s teams in my home over the past couple of days - new furnace install, new water heater install, electrical inspection and fireplace work. Each team provided exceptional service and answered all my questions. I will gladly recommend Dean’s services to anyone interested in upgrading their HVAC.

Excellent experience across the board! Starting with Casey (sales) through all of the technicians (Brian, Brad, Luke, Korey) and the office folks who assisted, everyone was skilled, professional and personable. Everything was clearly explained with all questions fully answered. Services were all provided next day, with minimal interruption and complete clean-up. Overall, we feel that we received good value for what we paid, and outstanding service from Deans. Based on our experience, we intend to use Deans for our plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs moving forward.

Got my water softener replaced by Deans. Professional and knew what they were talking about. Adam came out to assess and quote me and we took care of the replacement about a week later.

Brad V. and Kyle (who did a good job and didn't suck) came to take care of the water replacement and worked quickly. Nice guys as well and educated me on pretty much everything they worked on.

You can't expect every job to be perfect and they ran into a little snag with the copper water lines but they corrected it immediately and knew where they had to tend to, in order to correct this. Good job by these guys.

Depending on the level of complexity of the job at your home, I would expect a high bill but you get what you pay for. In case, I'd rather have it done the first time and the squad at Deans did a great job. 5 stars all around. Keep up the good work!

Dean’s Home Services was super awesome and well knowledgeable of their work. I got an inspection done on my furnace & water heater. Prices were well out of my budget so I didn’t end up purchasing anything. Also, shoutout to Tyler C he was awesome! 5 stars only because prices were on the higher side but outside of that highly recommend.

Gage met with our client and scoped his sewer drain. He explained things well and our client was very satisfied with the work and price. We’ll definitely be recommending Deans again! Thank you Gage for your patience and making our client feel comfortable.

This is my first experience with Dean's Home Services and I am blown away by how efficient this team was with my complete electrical panel upgrade. I felt comfortable from start to finish with this project. Communication is so important. I was kept in the loop every step of the way throughout this process, even with a text photo of who I should expect to see at my door. We recently purchased a house that has an Older barn with electrical issues. We initially got a quote from another major company who gave us three price point options. My wife asked for me to look into another quote which is when I contacted Deans. They were quick to respond and came out to give us an estimate.

Matt came out and walked the barn and our property. He identified all the same issues but also things that were salvageable that did not needed repairing. He also gave us 3 price point options for repairs and the highest one was thousands less than our lowest offer from the other service.

Jerakiah came out the first day and did incredible work. The power had to be shut off and we left for the day to allow him to work. The second day Jerakiah, Jake, and Matt came out. They worked really fast and identified more things that we did not need to replace saving us even more money in the process.

Deans also sent out a plumber to check out our property and look at some issues regarding water sources in our barn and well without charge.

Matt, Jerakiah, and Jake not only did great work, but literally saved us 10s of thousands of dollars. I can't say enough good things about Deans Home Services!

Casey did an amazing job of selling us a new furnace and air conditioning unit for our home, right in the middle of winter when we needed it the most! The very next day, he had the technicians install our new furnace and a/c unit! He’s an outstanding and skilled salesman with integrity to match, who truly knows the business and how to take care of his customers! He truly made a stressful event a positive experience! He gave us several options regarding replacing our old furnace and air conditioner , gave us a fair price and helped us finance it with ease! Less than a full day and we have beautiful above and below kitchen cabinet lighting done by Zac and his assistant from Dean's Home Services. Beautiful work and they cleaned up the area and took all the trash. We couldn't be more pleased.

Keith pilarski. Very professional. Respectful honest and intelligent. Very knowledgeable about everything. And an amazing 99 dollar PM inspection on all my plumbing heating cooling water heater and water softner. Dean's is definitely number 1. I will be using them for years to come.

The technician Justin St. was nice, professional and courteous. He cleaned the flame sensor which was dirty and causing the furnace burners not to ignite. Its not his fault, but the pricing was very expensive. $225 to clean and reinstall a flame sensor is not cheap. Its a $15-$45 part depending where you buy it, and to have it replaced would have been an extra $400. I ordered the part and will replace it myself. It takes literally 10 minutes to open the furnace cover, remove the flame sensor and reinstall it. Thanks for coming out and getting my tenant warmed up on a cold winter day, but Ill take it from here! 😁

Very happy with Dean's for my EV charger installation! The crew was knowledgeable, super friendly, and took the time to explain everything and address my questions. The price was great, service was fast and hassle-free, and they worked with me to get the charger exactly where I wanted it. This isn't my first time using Dean's—they've handled other projects for me, always fair pricing and on time. Planning to keep using them for future electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Had a gas leak and Deans came over right the next day and gave us an estimate on everything that needed repairs. They arrived on time and completed the tough all day job and cleaned everything up really well afterwards! The plus side is they got along well with my dogs, my one dog whom isn’t completely comfortable around anyone got smitten with the technician Nick. Strongly recommend Deans to get the job done! Every person we have talked to at Deans has been very helpful and has had friendly service!

Sold a bill of goods by Alan who claims to be a master plumber. He’s a better salesman. He would not even show up at our house when we asked for him after not being satisfied with quality of work after Day 1. They smashed open our basement floor with a sledge hammer and didn’t even saw cut neat lines. That should have been my first clue. I could have overlooked that if everything else was properly done. Paid $7256. Sloppy, incomplete work. They're gone and the job is still not complete to my satisfaction, but I think they’re incapable of doing a good job. Pipe leaked in two spots, ejector pump and float still not installed correctly after I told them what needed to be done - I’m going to have to undo their work and fix it - but they’re supposed to be the experts???? Pump and pipe vibration is excessive. Still no Alan. Sold the job, never to be seen again. I’ll probably have to hire another contractor to finish the job properly. No more Deans or DJs for us. They’re duped us for $7256 for a day and a half and $200 in parts and $100 of concrete. For that price I shouldn’t have to babysit. If you are dumb enough to hire them after reading this review, don’t pay in full like I stupidly did until the job is done to your satisfaction. Rogers MN

RESPONSE to DJs Response 6 weeks since my original review:
I called the project manager. The same technician/worker came back to fix a minor standpipe issue at request of the City inspector, which was fine, however, they had to fasten a 1" poly discharge pipe from our iron filter to the standpipe, so they screwed it on, pinching the 1" poly pipe to about 1/2 the outlet size...these guys are TOTALLY incompetent. There is a reason the poly pipe is 1" diameter - so it can allow free and easy discharge of the iron filter water per the iron filter manufacturer's installation instructions. I also had them replace the check valve that was "banging" (I did provide the check valve originally) with another one that I purchased. The second valve works great. I don't know why they did not tell me that to begin with???? Again, this was the reason I hired "experts" expecting they would know what they're doing and tell me. Finally, the cap on the septic basin had 4 pre-drilled holes so it would be easy to take on/off in the future for maintenance using 4 threaded bolts. How did they fasten it? With about 8 tapcon screws that were too long and hit the concrete floor preventing at tight seal, so they gooped it with silicone, missed a few holes, put a bunch more holes in the lid and the lip on my fiberglass septic pit, which now makes it a mess to seal and there is still "open air" of septic water where screw holes missed to lip of the basin and its not sealed. I've given up asking them to come back. They're simply incompetent at paying attention to any details and managers won't show up. After my first dissatisfaction, I was told be THE manager Alan, that next time he would show up - he never did or has since. They never did move the float valve on my pump that they were doing to do either. I was also told the first worker/technician would not be sent back - he was. Finally, Deans is asking me to call them??!?!? If they really cared, they would be calling me. I won't waste my time answering their call now. I'm so frustrated and disappointed that we hired these guys. I will finish the job myself. If you hire them, plan to babysit them (and know or research what you are doing so you can tell them) - don't expect them to be "experts". At least not at this type of floor drain/septic pit work.

Dan and Ethan were very professional and very thorough with client relations as well as installation of my new furnace, A/C, and cleaning the heating / cold air return ducts.
The technicians made sure of no leaks and everything was in its proper place during the cleaning installation process.
Plus, a thorough inspection to ensure that everything is working and cleaned properly.
I highly recommend this company.

Deans was extremely quick. Once I called I had an appointment for the next day, Alan came out and checked out my system, sadly it was more issues than I thought it would be. He was extremely helpful in explaining the issues I was having and helped me out with the whole credit process. Then got me set up to have the work done the same day… within 30 min Austin S was there and started the rip out process, approximately 25 minutes later Kong X came with my water heater, and water softener. Austin S and Kong X worked extremely well together, fast and proficient and very professional. And had some good jokes to get them thru the job…. Great customer service!!!
I can’t tell you How appreciative I am of all your workers and how helpful they were to me today!!
