NWI removed a tree from our backyard. They also removed a tree for us in 2021, so we were familiar with the outstanding work they do. From the quote to the removal, the entire process was seamless and professional. Everyone we came in contact was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I recently had 3 trees removed from my front yard and the service they provided was great. I got a free estimate from Nic and he was on time and very professional. I received a quote later that day and was able to schedule service within a few weeks. They actually came a week early but I was informed of the changes punctually. Using a crane, they took my 3 trees down in less than an hour. It was great service and I highly recommend them.

We were very impressed with the crew who took down an incredibly large silver maple from our yard. They were on time, very organized, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and we would highly recommend them.

We are absolutely amazed with how well this went! We had 13 trees cut down, they stacked the wood for us (as requested), took the brush with, blew the leaves and small branches from the yard, worked inches away from buildings and not one mistake. NWI brought a professional, respectful crew and expertly removed a massive Basswood tree from our property in just a few hours. The site was cleaned up quickly and neatly. The use of the large crane and other heavy equipment gave us pause to worry about our drain field but they avoided the field and handled it without any issues. Would highly recommend NWI for your tree needs.

My neighbor had work done. took down tree in pieces until it could be fallen. they took all branches and also cleaned up the area around where tree was. Very professional with their booking, their estimate was competitive. Could review the estimate online and also pay online. Others don't use electronics near as much. I also got a professional flyer in the mail next day. if I needed something done, I would have called them up.

Price for 75 foot tree removal was maybe $800? grinding stump cost was $500.

Had two ash trees in our yard with ash bore. One was 14.5" diameter and the other was 36" diameter. Got estimates from two different companies. NWI was cheaper by 20%. Estimate was still too much for us to pay so we asked them to see if they could reduce the scope/methods to shave off 40% of the cost. They were able to do it by having us pick up the branches and leaving a 25' stump of the 36" diameter. The 14.5" diameter could only be dropped within a 30deg section of the 360deg perimeter and they did that, with making 8' long chunks of trunk. The 36" diameter tree was very tricky, with the house being 20' from the tree, and needing to avoid a rock patio, clothes-line, and saplings beneath. They could really only drop the branches in about 15% of the area beneath the tree without damaging something. Yet they did it! Would highly recommend!

Had the NWI team out to cut down 1 tree, remove 2 of 4 large River Birch trunks that were growing over our house, and trim / clean up 2 other trees. Overall, they did an awesome job, were very careful when working over the house, cleaned up nicely and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone needed tree service.

The NWI crew of Arthur, Spencer and ??? did an amazing job of cleaning up and removing several white pines and poplars that had blown over or were damaged from summer storms. They really went the extra mile to make everything right for this picky tree lover! The work they achieved in one day would have taken me months to do on my own. Worth every penny spent!
