Complete builders replaced my deck, some siding, a door and 3 roofs - house, garage and shed. If I had accepted the insurance company’s initial check, I would have been out of pocket for quite a lot. Mitch showed them detailed item costs and got them to pony up the entire amount.

Their workers showed up on time and worked quickly. The quality is excellent. No leaks or fitment issues unlike other jobs I have had done by less competent handymen.

I’m a satisfied customer who will call Complete Builders if (knock wood) mother nature smites me again.

Complete Builders (CB) replaced my roof, siding and windows and the house looks terrific. I get all kinds of compliments. I interviewed several contractors and CB was the only company that said they would work with my insurance company to replace my damaged windows and siding. All the others just wanted to do the roof and get out. Josh and Sarah were great to work with. Sarah is an insurance expert and worked through all of the red tape to get approval for the project. All I had to do was be patient and let Sarah work out all the details. Josh did a great job helping me choose the windows and siding. We drove around for an hour looking at all kinds of siding/roof combinations and materials. We chose the LP Smartside and it looks great. The Pella windows are top of the line and the pella installers were very professional. Josh coordinated all the contractors and they were timely did an excellent job. CB is a 5 star company and I am happy to give them a referral

We are very happy with how our roof looks and I understand it has a 50-year parts and labor warranty, which is transferable if we sell the house. The crew that did our roof did an excellent job covering everything and great clean up afterward. We had no damage whatsoever, not even a plant. We did however have some communication issues with our field representative, but Patrick and Mitch were very good at responding to my calls. I feel that Patrick went out of his way to rectify the situation and made sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. This seems to me a very ethical and honest company.

We had our windows replaced by Complete Builders and they did a great job. They also worked exceptionally well with our insurance company. We were impressed with both how fast and professional the installation went. We absolutely LOVE the results (there's just no comparison between our original windows and these modern ones) and we definitely recommend Complete Builders - and have offered ourselves gladly as a reference for them.
