Arthur and Ruslan with nextgen construction were awesome to work with. They did a great job putting in some flooring/trim and repairing the drywall in my ceiling downstairs. They were very professional and did it all for a good price. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a water-filled bubble in our ceiling from a roof leak. While the HOA took care of the roof repair, the interior damage was my responsibility. When Nextgen Construction came to give an estimate, they went above and beyond—draining and cutting the damaged area at no charge to help prevent further damage and mold. Their quote was reasonable, and they scheduled and completed the work promptly and professionally. They removed additional damaged ceiling, treated for mold, patched, and painted. It looks great!

Several problems were located along the way that NextGen Construction located and fixed for me. They offer a fast pace service that is not evasive in your home! Great to work with! Super professional and great availability, especially for a small project. Needed a decent sized cutout repaired due to plumbing work- looks great! Told them we didn’t have to worry about painting and they still primed it for me at no extra expense, which was so considerate. Will certainly be using them again in the future!

NextGen removed over 460 square feet of popcorn ceilings in three rooms and then repainted the ceilings and walls. They are professional, detail oriented and treat your home respectfully. They provided the best price I could find and completed the work on time! There is no need for me to seek out anyone else to do work for me!
