I left a honest but negative review a few weeks ago after getting a quote for a patio. I still haven’t been given any explanation to why the quote was so high. But the company has had time to contact me serval times to demand I delete my original review and threaten to sue me for defamation.

Sean was very helpful from the beginning all they way through completion, including answering questions after install. The install crew did a super job and went above and beyond on a few extra issues for us. Removed and reinstalled both our driveway and front sidewalk.

I am extremely impressed by the crews at Custom Construction Services! We had one crew completing three concrete projects (apron, walkway and patio) and one crew building a boulder retaining wall. Every member of the crew was personable and professional (we even had a little fun built in). All of our projects started on-time and were completed within 2 days! Thank you very much to Steve, Tanner, Humberto, Javier and the two crews! We enjoyed working with you!

Similar to the other gentleman posting about warranty process, initial work was okay but didn’t last and no one responded to my warranty request.

Great company. They did a stamped concrete patio and walkway, chilton border around entire house, a couple small retaining walls and sod work. Workers were all polite and professional. Everything turned out great. They got the whole thing done in just a few days, I was blown away, everyone showed up, knew their jobs and got right to work. The representative knew his business and gave some really great ideas that ultimately wound up making what they did way more functional for us which I really appreciated. A+ from start to finish. Would (and have) recommended them to anyone.

We had CCS repour our garage slab and were very satisfied with the results. Communication was easy and the CCS team was timely from the free quote to scheduling to the actual day-of construction. Slab looks great!

Shawn, Javier, and crew were excellent to work with. They discovered an issue under the sidewalk and worked with us to repair it quickly. The new sidewalk and steps were completed quickly and look great - our postal carrier even took the time to write us a note about how good it looks. Thank you!

First rate company. I have hired them for three different projects (concrete and border edging) on two different homes and had the same great results each time. Two were relatively small and one was relatively big (to me at least). Communication is great, workers were respectful of my home and very cordial with my wife and small kids, she was comfortable with all of them around our house. All in all went above and beyond expectations. Even the smaller concrete walkway and the edging projects I was made to feel that my job was important to them just as much as on the larger concrete patio and driveway project. Worth noting: I have recommended them to other people and have been told they had similar experiences.

Jay and his team did an absolute exceptional job. In all honestly, I have never been as thankful for a contractor as for Jay. He helped me and my wife through all the steps that comes with a renovation. I cannot recommend Jay and his team enough, this will be our go-to contractor forever.

Amazing service! We first had CCS install our new driveway. Fast, efficient, friendly, and honest - completed with great care! Then we had them do some hardscapes-a new retaining wall, patio, and boulder walkway to name a few things done. Wonderful, FAST work! Done in under seven days!!! Their install team was amazing too! Highly recommend!

My wife and I were surprised at the speed and expertise that custom construction services provided for us. They were done in 2 days. They couldn't get into the backyard with a bobcat so they did everything by hand. They broke the old cement apart by hand. Put it in wheelbarrows and then transported it to the front with a bobcat and then put it in the truck. They did the same thing in the reverse. They hauled the cement via a bobcat and then into three wheelbarrows and poured it into the forms. It was amazing to watch. The end product was wonderful and clean. They collected all their stuff and cleaned up everything. The next day they came back put black dirt, seed and then straw on the worn out path.
It was a pleasure to work with them. They did exactly what they said they would do and the end product was wonderful. Thank you, CCS.

We used CCS for a retaining wall and driveway project this summer and couldn't be happier with the result. Sean Youngren and the entire team were the most professional of all the businesses that bid on the project and that carried on through the completion. I highly recommend them and will include them on any project we have moving forward.

We had some terrible stairs and an ugly planter in the front of our house, but these guys came in and in less than three days gave me a great set of steps and a retaining wall that is beautiful. I am sure there craftsmanship will raise the value of my house, the guys were professional, and very skilled at their work. I am extremely happy!

We're so happy with the work we had done with CCS!

We had them remove our old front stoop and walkway to install a curved walkway and new stairs. Not only did this improve the curb-appeal of the hardscaping, but they added to the depth of the footings under the stairs to make them sturdier for the long haul. The new concrete is also level with the stairs on the side of the house and the downspout feeds under the new walkway. No more tripping over the downspout extension! The crew got the work done in about a day and a half, and was punctual and responsive to our input when laying out the new walkway.

Andrew, the sales rep, was prompt in answering all our questions at the start of the project, and was very professional throughout. Our project manager, Nick, was also very thorough and professional. We felt like we were in great hands working with everyone at CCS. We'll definitely call on them again the next time we need any hardscaping work done!

We had Custom Construction Services install 2 large stamped concrete patios for our home. Start to finish they were amazing to work with and exceeded our expectations. We felt valued and will definitely use them again if a project is needed!

I would give Custom Construction Services (CCS) FIVE stars on the project they completed at the site of our historical church. They renovated a meditation garden that was dear to the hearts of one couple in particular and will now be enjoyed by all parishioners. Sean was a great rep for the company - knowledgeable about our needs and responded to our questions. His crew was hardworking and meticulous and knew how to complete the plan. A huge thank you for a job well done!
