What I loved most was that he walked me through everything as he went, explaining what he was looking at in a way that actually made sense to me. Everest provided great service from flexible scheduling, great communication about accessing the property, conducting the inspection and answering questions. Trevor was very friendly and courteous. The inspection report was available later the same day and extremely thorough. I had also requested a sewer-line inspection and the sub who performed it was also courteous and friendly. The video of the sewer inspection was well documented, clearly noting and describing observations along the 90ft to the street. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the entire process and would happily recommend Everest Home Inspectors.

This is the 9th house I will own. The two gentleman from Everest are by and far heads and shoulders above every inspector I have ever worked with. They were in the house for 2 hours and went over in great detail, even the smallest things. I highly recommend these people. I was thoroughly impressed.

Wow. Just had an absolutely unreal experience. Trevor was able to accommodate us on incredibly short notice on a home inspection. He went the extra mile to ensure that all of our questions were answered. He had an awesome communication style and explained everything in a way even we could understand. I can’t overemphasize enough, it was INCREDIBLY short notice and he just made it happen for us (on a weekend no less). We can’t thank him enough for helping us out when we needed someone the most.
